Wild Irish, Book One
Monday’s child is fair of face…
After the death of her mother, Keira Collins became a surrogate parent to her six younger brothers and sisters, her own dreams put on hold. Now, at twenty-seven, she’s finally pursuing a college degree. Between classes, working at the family pub and still tending to siblings, she’s no time for romance. So why is she spending all her rare … spending all her rare free time fantasizing about hot Professor Wallace bending her over his desk?
Will Wallace recognizes Keira’s unfulfilled desires, her habit of hiding her beauty, her obsessive need to command every aspect of her life. But Will has needs of his own — and they run far darker than Keira’s. As he initiates her into his lifestyle, offering sweet punishments and sweeter rewards, Will’s sexual authority slowly strips away some of her precious control. The one thing Keira’s not ready to relinquish…

Keira is very much a family person and loves hers very much. She is really close to them and has cared for them since the death of her mother. She meets and falls for Will. I loved the connection between Keira and Will. Will’s primal side really brought Keira out of her shell. I felt that they fit together perfectly. The sex is phenomenal! I could …
Love love love this book. This book kicks off a great series, and this is what I consider the most happily re-readable of the 7 books.
Love the series. Read the whole series. Loved the characters. Can’t wait for the next book of the series.
Very hawt read and sucks you in and doesn’t let go!
I stumbled onto this book and was intrigued. I started reading and couldn’t put it down. I was glad the others in the series were already written so the I didn’t need wait.
This book introduces us to the Collins family which has 7 children and whose mother died at a young age. Keira is the oldest child and at age 27 she has decided to start taking some college classes. What she doesn’t expect is to fall for Professor William Wallace.
The book is full of steam, some D/s, and some spanking. As Will and Keira …
I love the stories Mari weaves so well. They are truly spellbinding.
This is the second time I have read “Come Monday” and it’s just as good as the first time I read it.
The real treat though, is Mari gave “Wild Irish” books 1-4 in a box set as a Valentines special gift. “THANK YOU MARI!” I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
Happy …
Now I can’t wait to read ‘Tuesday’
Keira is day dreaming over her professor with erotic thoughts unbeknownst to her he has had the same thoughts about her. When they finally get together Keira fantasies come true but can she give total control over to Will and can their relationship lead them along the path to a happily ever after?
The BDSM is pretty standard fare by now. The teacher/student thing was thankfully updated to where he’s not creepy. Would I recommend or actively seek out the rest of the series? No. But if I happen upon the rest of the books for free sure.
An enjoyable read that helped me see in 2020. Would love for this book to be made longer. A definite recommended read!
An excellent introduction to the series. Elements of D/s. William is very controlled but doesn’t hide who and what he is. He’s willing to reveal all of himself, but slowly. The last thing he wants is to scare off Kiera. Kiera comes off strong and she is on the outside but she needs Will to show her that someone sees her weaknesses and will be …
In the first book in the Wild Irish series, Keira Collins has a huge crush on her creative writing college professor. Since the death of her mother years earlier, she’s taken on way too much responsibility and smothers her younger siblings and ailing father. She doesn’t have much of a life other than working at her family’s pub, but spends all her …
4 stars
I purchased Wild Irish Series books 1-4 by Mari Carr and this review was given freely.
With titles centering around the days of the week and beginning with Monday, { Sunday was the mother who passed away} each book features one of the fun loving, close knit, protective and at times boisterous Irish American Pub-Restaurant owning Collins …
Very Sexy
He’s her professor. She is a little older than the average student. She has been helping her family since her on died. He turns her on, she is a little scared.
Eh…
To be honest I really don’t remember what happened in this book. It just wasn’t for me.
