Interesting, caring, compassionate, action,
Great book with good characters. Loved the plot and the authors development. I will certainly read more in this series with Jack Widow.
some of the situations are too unbelievable
I like the Widow series and the plot or story is resolved. I would have liked a few more lines at the ending about Widow and the other character.
Great read. I’ll read more from this author.
A very unusual story with a remarkable pair. Hard to create a story with a forest and watch tower as central characters. A “Best” read.
Reminded me of Jack Reacher character.
First time with this author. Looking forward to more.
I don’t respect a writer who is clearly copying another famous writer. It tells me he doesn’t have originality.
I enjoyed the book. Jack Widow is a character.
great read
Another great book in this series
If you like the REACHER character, you’ll love this guy also.
Widow is larger than life while remaining human!
Lot of action from Beginning to end.
I do like a book in a style that I have not read before and this one kept my attention, I also love it when I learn something from it.
I think you will like this book also. Give it a try.
Amazing what a wanderer can get into.
Got this thru Bookbub. Amazon and Bookbub both have it top rated. Unreal. This is such a juvenile effort. Can’t believe this is the eighth in a series.
So many things wrong with this book. Explain how he can hear ice clinking in a glass over a walkie talkie. How can he see miles with his binoculars, to the point they can wave at each other. He hears her pulling a cork out of a bottle, again over a walkie-talkie, and knows she is drinking, again. She explains she has ice beause she put a cup of water in the freezer and chips off pieces, but later, she has ice CUBES and brings him a drink. He uses an ax to kill the pilot, it goes thru the back of the seat, thru springs and upholstery, thru the guys spinal cord, nicks a lung and comes out thru his chest wall. What a blow, then he easily pulls it back out and goes on with his rescue. Really?? Really??
He tells her ” we slept together” so she should tell him everything
The plot was passable, if a little unbelievable, but the dialogue and character development was laughable.
Yeah, I know, I got it for free, so no loss except my time.
Will definitely avoid this author in the future.
