I’m the jokester, the one who pulls the best pranks. I’m the guy the frat brothers avoid for fear of what they’ll wake up to face the next day.But now, the joke’s on me. Literally on me! In BIG. BOLD. BLACK LETTERS!A tattoo…of another guy’s name. I was branded, and no one else can know. The problem is I don’t know how it got there. Who the hell is Blake? Worst of all, why the f*ck did I have a … why the f*ck did I have a guy’s name tattooed on my wrist to begin with? What could have possessed me?
I’ve done a lot of things, tortured a lot of my brothers, and I’ve loved every single minute of it.
I guess it’s payback.
The only things I remember are…dark hair, smelling of sweet honey, and maybe something floral, soft hands, and the sweetest laugh.
So tell me, how can I get from a memory like that to waking up in the back yard beside the pool, with a f*ucking tattoo? Of a dude’s name?
Oh, Tequila, what have you done now?

The second book in the series and its even better. I don’t think nobody need parents like Blake’s. What kind of mother treat their child like that and allow her to be exploited by her deadbeat husband. It’s a good think she had good friends and a man that was willing to stand up for her. A fantastic story.
3 1/2 Stars! Book two in the Oh Tequila series. Full length told in dual POV with HEA. Can be read and enjoyed as stand-alone with secondary characters the same throughout the series. College-age series takes place around frat brothers and their pranks. Eli the practical joker of the group falls hard for Blake. He is just what she needs to feel safe, secure & loved. Overall a heartfelt quick read!
Absolutely loved this one. It had me rolling on the floor laughing so hard while other times i wanted to climb into this book and kick some butt.Eli is a wonderful character. I absolutely loved his character from the beginning to the end.He is just so sweet with the biggest heart but at the same time can pull a joke on you like you wouldnt believe. Cat is someone that needs a new life. She is living with her mother and stepfather who constantly take her down and dont love her. She needs someone to build her back up and show her that there is happiness out there for her. Eli is just the person to do that. I absolutely love these two together. There is awesome character chemistry between these two. This was a great book from the beginning to the end. I cant wait to read more from this series and these characters. My favorite part of this book the storyline was the jokes played on each other. Highly recommend reading this one.
Just One Taste was a sweet, hilarious read.
While Elijah is the king of pranks in the frat house that’s where the line is drawn. For the most part he is nothing like the typical frat boy, he’s sooo much more.
Blake is the exact opposite. She’s quiet, stays to herself, works her tail off and has way more on her shoulders than a young woman should. Her life isn’t what it seems, she fights everyday and strives to get out of the situation.
When Elijah shows interest she thinks she’s hit the lottery but also doesn’t expect much from it, their too different and he’ll never stick around for a girl like her.
As she gets to know him she sees a different side, she sees the man not the prankster and he’s perfect….
I’m so glad I took a chance on something I’d usually skip on over. While frat brothers are generally a no go for me due to high levels of immaturity, I couldn’t pass this one up because of the author. I love her work and figured this one would be the same, I was right, CA Harms showed me I can absolutely adore a college frat boy romance!
Favorite Quotes:
I think I want to be on your team… You’re definitely more conniving when it comes to this trickery thing. That should scare me, but somehow it only makes me feel safe and excited.
What’s wrong, Clayton, never heard a woman sound satisfied before? … I’ve heard a few rumors around campus. Seems you have a little bit of a problem… My screams are the sounds of a woman’s enjoyment. Too bad that’s something you’ll never experience.
Clayton squealed like a girl so many times you’d think there was a pack of baby pigs.
I want to know her reaction, but I don’t want to be here when she tackles you and things get hot… What?… If I came home to find a gorgeous man standing in my room after he spent the evening redecorating it into this masterpiece you better bet I’d be breaking in the mattress.
My Review:
I am captivated by this entertaining, cleverly written and extremely amusing series with equal portions of levity, sizzling sensual scenes, heart-squeezing family drama, and a sweet and poignant first-love romance. I adored these vibrant and feisty characters and feel as if I’ve become acquainted with several prominent members of the frat house as well. More pranks, monkeyshines, and ingenious one-upmanship skylarking continued to occur in the boisterous testosterone laden frat house as the members frequently tormented and taunted each other to the next level of devilment. Such creative uses for superglue and food coloring – the likes of which will most likely never be seen on Pinterest.
I laughed and I cried. I love this series. C.A. Is amazing and a great Author

I have been dying to get my hands on Red’s book and let me tell you CA Harms hasn’t disappointed with this smashing story. I love all CA Harms books and this one is no different.I was sucked straight into the story and couldn’t out it down until I was completely finished.
Red’s been one of my all time favourites of CA Harms and that is a feat all on its own as I love every one of her men! Red was the biggest joker in this group college friends and while he seemed like such a formidable guy in the first book we get to see a completely different side to him in his own story. He was such an amazing hero that you just couldn’t help but fall head over heels in love with him.
Cat was a major part of this story that I loved, I don’t always connect well with the female lead in books at times and struggle with some of them but I have ton admit CA seems to know how cowrite amazing heroine’s! Cat hasn’t had things easy and is having problems she doesn’t want anyone else to know about. She was such a strong willed girl who shows us all how easy it is to miss things happening in other peoples loves easily!
This book had so many ups and downs through it that I have to admit I shed more than just a few tears. CA’s books have a way of doing that to me though so I’m never too surprised when I need reach for the tissues.
This couple had me hooked from the very beginning and I loved watching their relationship grow, they were such an amazing pair of characters that I hated to see those dreaded words “The End” I cant wait to see whats in store for us next with this adventurous bunch of characters.
Well done CA on another amazing story!
There was lots of humor in this book, but there was some heartbreak as well. I was so glad to finally read Red/Eli’s story and see a different side of him. He is a big softie with an alpha personality. Catherine/Blake is tough on the outside and on the inside is hiding a world of hurt. Her home life is not the kind dreams are made of. She has strength, determination and heart. When her and Eli meet they sense something in each other, like the soul mates kind of sensing. He is her rock and security blanket. I loved their story
I was excited to read this book when I saw the synopsis…nothing better than a sexy guy with a wicked sense of humor, and boy does Elijah aka Red have a wicked sense of humor.
Red is a frat boy and the jokester of the group. He is known for his pranks on his brothers when they are drunk. The tables certainly get turned around with Red being the victim of some hilarious pranks in the beginning of the book. However, he isn’t the stereotypical frat boy. He’s so much more…he’s so incredibly loveable. He has been harboring a crush on Catherine. Her good friend, Morgan, is dating a fellow brother, Xavier. He flirts with her and casts her seductive looks when he is eating in the restaurant where he has been spending LOTS of time. He finally thinks he is getting a chance when she shows up to the frat party the night he finds himself being the one pranked.
Catherine is the opposite of Red. She keeps to herself, working hard to achieve her goals so she can move out of her horrible situation with her mother and stepfather. Red brings out the silly side of her. She actually gets drawn into their hilarious pranks. At the party, she lets loose and actually enjoys herself. But, who wouldn’t enjoy Red taking shots off of her stomach! What a scene that was…
Underneath all the humor and laugh out loud moments, there are some very serious moments, especially concerning Catherine. Red might be physically strong, but this girl is a giant when it comes to having mental strength. She endures a horrible home environment, yet she does what she can to keep it hidden. She just knows that she is working her behind off to get out of it. She wants absolutely no sympathy, and she is ashamed of what she endures day in and day out. As you might imagine, Red will help her come to terms with that. The two were perfect for one another, and became each other’s greatest support.
The secondary characters also added a great deal to the story. Morgan, Marcus, Xavier, and Clayton all welcomed her into their inner circle. They, like Red, became her biggest encouragement. Even though Clayton and Red were always pranking each other, the two had a great friendship and respect for one another. This group of friends bonded together to become a family in every sense of the word.
I haven’t read anything by this author before, but I have already downloaded the first book of the series to my Kindle which I’ll be reading really soon. This was a must read for me. It had all the ingredients I love in a book….steam, romance, friendship, family, and was freaking hilarious! Cannot wait for Clayton’s story!
Karma, er, Revenge is a dish best served Cold. Frat brother payback. 5 Stars.
Elijah was Tequila’s second victim, and deserved everything he got, including a tattoo on his wrist: BLAKE, in big bold letters.
We met him in Book One, and when he was the Sober Brother of any frat house party, he took no prisoners. The Oh, Tequila duet are essentially stand-a-lones, although both have characters in common, and you really appreciate the dynamics between the characters if Book One – Just One Chance is read first. We see more of Morgan, and seriously, her prank ability status is EPIC!
Catherine works with Morgan and has gotten to know the gang quite well. Although she is attracted by Elijah’s flirty behaviour at the Pizza joint where she works, she’s too quiet to act on it – life has just knocked her around too much, and being ashamed of her family, she keeps everyone at arms length, asking no-one for help.
On his part, Elijah has never been intrigued by any woman for long. He prefers the jokesters’ college life, pulling the worst pranks on his frat brothers, and boasts that he has never been outdone – by anyone. One of the twins draws Sober Brother for the party that night, and he has just the opportunity for payback – Tequila!
I really loved this pair of Oh, Tequila books. I’ve said it before, they are choke-on-your-coffee hilarious! What makes them stand out is that they are not only fun, but also recognise that not everyone has a perfect life. Some have it rough, and it’s not about succumbing, but having the strength to not only help yourself, but to have the strength to realise, that sometimes it is OK to ask your friends for help.
C.A. Harms, why is this only a duet?? I really want more from these guys! 5 Stars.
