Skilled, sculpted, and sexy, the men of adult entertainment are the kind of guys a woman reserves for her fantasies, not her reality. But is there more to these professional hotties than meets the eye? … really slept since your best friend abandoned you for her fiancé and her exponentially better life. The kind of day you drag yourself to the cleaners to pick up your laundry, only to discover you’ve got the wrong bag—Star Spangled sequined thong, anyone? So Robyn is definitely not ready for the ridiculously gorgeous guy at her front door, except that they have each other’s clothes. But then, is any woman ever ready to meet the love of her life?
There’s just one problem: Zac Fallon is not the love of Robyn’s life. Zac knows, despite the
all-too-intimate dinner they share, he doesn’t have a shot at her. Because the next time Zac sees Robyn, he’s front and center of the male revue headlining her best friend’s bachelorette party. So much for wooing the pretty schoolteacher, much less impressing her old-fashioned family, with his upstanding lifestyle. Now he’s only got one way to win his dream girl. It’s gonna be the steamiest, most irresistible seduction she’s ever seen. And this time it will be no act …

“Fallon is the perfect mix of sweet and sexy, the kind that is so rare to find, he might as well be a fucking unicorn.”
Where the hell has Zoey Castile been all my life? Yeah, you guessed it. The cover and title caught my attention and the synopsis closed the deal. I tried a new author and now she’ll have a new stalker…I mean reader. I absolutely adore this story and the support characters are so incredible that I’m already jonesing for what they have in store for me next. The line forms here…
My attention was caught from the very first chapter. It was so unique and hilarious that I’ll be remembering it for a long time to come. What an introduction to Fallon and Robyn it was, and it just got better and better from there. The author’s writing style is so smooth I just fell into the world of Stripped and before I realized it I was on the last page. Am I the only one who does this when they can’t accept that it’s over? I just kept tapping my Kindle, hoping that if I wished hard enough the next tap would produce an extra chapter…sigh. I guess I’ll just have to be content with delicious anticipation as I wait for my next #HappyEnding.
This was fun and sexy!
**I received a copy of Stripped from Kensington Book and Net Galley in exchange for a voluntary and honest review**
Stripped by Zoey Castile is the first book in the authors Happy Endings series. Ms. Castile is a new author to me and I’m hoping we’ll find out how Lily and her soon to be husband. This was a cute, sexy read and who wouldn’t like a book with a male stripper who has a husky puppy named Yaz and a 5th grade teacher?
Robyn Flores is having one of those weeks where nothing goes right and she’s constantly late for students. Plus she’s having trouble adjusting to her BFF getting married after all shouldn’t she be happy that she’s the maid of honor? But when her laundry gets mixed up with her neighbor in 6-A the entire day just goes to south quickly. Now if she can get to school without Principal “Platypus” finding out she’s late again. When Zac asks her out on a date she decides that there may be a spark there even though he’s only going to be there for 4 more weeks.
Zac Fallon is happy with his job as a stripper plus the money is dang good but when they begin to date it will take all of his moves to convince Robyn that he’s her soul mate. But when her best friend’s bachelorette party is at his club will he be able to dance in front of her friends? He’ll have to find a thief among the club staff, convince Robyn’s principal that his advances toward her aren’t welcome and also come to grips with his family when his sister suddenly show up.
Loved the book and all of the drama plus I can’t wait to read the next one. I give Stripped 4.8 stars and recommend reading it.
Loved this. Stripper with a heart that doesn’t recognize its own surroundings or why it’s no longer happy with the life it used to be perfectly happy with– enter a teacher with a heart that can’t recognize its own beat.
It shouldn’t work. But it does. Seemingly seedy underworld of sparkle thongs finds an HEA in school, books, and teachers who throw heated looks.
The root of the conflict was subtle, no trigger warnings here, yet some of the biggest revolutions we have as humans start at just that point– a subtle feeling that something’s not right anymore. The electricity between these two slid off the page and straight to my heart– I can’t wait to read more from Zoey Castile <3
Zoey Castile’s Stripped is such a fun romance to read. It flows really well, and the two points of view are clear and distinct. I fell in love with Robyn and Fallon, as well as with the intriguing set of secondary characters.
This was really fun and loaded with sexual tension.
School teacher heroine and stripper hero, sign me up!
Stripped had me cracking up laughing in the first chapter and only got better from there. I loved the rom-com aspect of the story but it was so much more than that. Both Robyn and Fallon are lost and can’t quite figure out why or how to fix it. The final eight chapters of the book were pure perfection, taking me from the ahhh moments to the oh, no moments to the *sigh* moments. I can’t wait to read book two in the series, Hired.
Absolutely fun and sexy.
This was an okay read. The writing was okay, but the story dragged a little in the middle. Fallon and Robyn have good chemistry, and I really liked Fallon. I wasn’t so much a fan of Robyn. She’s a hot mess, and at first it was funny, but it just became annoying after a while. I didn’t really understand the friendship between Robyn and Lily. It seemed like Robyn had been there for Lily through a lot of stuff, and Lily seemed to judge and look down on Robyn for everything she did. There were a few story lines that didn’t really fit. Like Lukas and Darla. I’m not really sure what the point was, they were just kind of thrown in. I did like the HEA, and Robyn turning the tables on Fallon. This was a first for me from this author, but I would read her again.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

Any story that has the word Stripped in the title has to be good right? ABSOLUTELY! Stripped is the first installment in the Happy Endings series by Zoey Castile. What do you get when you cross a male stripper with a fifth grade teacher? A truly wonderful story!!
Being honest, I thought there would be more of the “stripper” aspect of this story going in without reading the authors blurb. I was greatly surprised and enjoyed the story so much that it didn’t need all that extra “stuff”. I fell in love with Robyn, the crazy mess that she is, I can relate to!!!
Robyn is not having a good morning, day, week, month…few months. Running down the cleaners to get her clothes only to discover that it is not her clothes in the bag. Turns out they belong to the hot new neighbor living one floor down from her.
Zac can’t believe his eyes when his neighbor opens her door. That moment, that one connection frozen in time.
But then the truth comes out of his profession in the the worst way possible. Stripping at Robyn’s BFF”s bachelorette party. Can things ever be the same? You just have to read this story to find out.
Heartwarming. Funny. Great character chemistry and a side of drama makes a great read.
Stripped by Zoey Castile
Happy Endings #1
Told in first person from dual points of view I had a bit of trouble getting into the story…but…once invested it flowed smoothly. The story is about a woman nearing her thirties in a bit of an early mid-life crisis that leans toward depression and definite job dissatisfaction. She is a teacher that once had her life in order but finds herself scattered and scatty though still excellent with her fifth grade students.
One morning, with nothing to wear but what is in the laundry bag she picked up the day before, she finds she has someone else’s clothing and none of it will work for school. The person in question has hers and delivers it to her door that morning and there is instant attraction…and why not…Zac Fallon is one hot hunk of man who also takes his clothes off for a living.
Robyn Flores and Zac seem to hit it off at first but then something rather judgmental is said and then there is her principal that is a pain in the patoot and her bff’s wedding that she should be more invested in and…well…what should be relatively smooth sailing really isn’t at all.
This book had the feeling of a new adult novel even though the lead characters were 28 and 32. The main thing I liked was the camaraderie of the Mayhem City Revue men and hope that even though Zac may not be going to Vegas with them we will hear more about them in book 2.
This was an okay read for me that left me curious about the other men and hoping that some of them will find happiness in the future, too. I kind of wonder what Zac and Robyn will end up doing as their lives, though planned to be together, don’t seem to have a definite direction.
Thank you to NetGalley and Kensington Books for the ARC – This is my honest review.
3-4 Stars
Fun, flirty, sexy … an exciting escape. Robyn shows us how easy it is for life to get out of control. She was the always put together person and now she is late for everything and can’t keep anything straight but she’s not sure why. Her frantic search for clean clothes provides her with someone else’s laundry that is very intriguing. What she doesn’t expect is sexy Fallon on her doorstep in search of his bedazzled thong. Fallon is intrigued by the beautiful mess in front of him. Living his life providing women’s fantasies in an all-male review, he’s used to controlling his reactions to women but with Robyn, all bets are off. There is a wonderful journey full of laughter and heart ache as both Robyn and Fallon have to face what they really want in life. Is there a chance that they can find it together? I loved how these two connected and all the crazy moments that ensued along the way. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
This was cute and fun. Hello all you sexy male strippers. I really liked Zac. It was so cute that he was nervous to ask out Robyn and you could tell that he was excited to be around her. Robyn has had a rough couple of months on the hot mess express and Zac is just the guy to help her out. There were a couple of parts that had me chuckling. It’s an enjoyed afternoon story while humming It’s Raining Men.
