The pain was back. It completely consumed me, devoured me. But I wanted it.This pain would take me to Sian. When I opened my eyes, I would be in the body that was supposed to be mine. And even if it was just for a little while, even I couldn’t stay forever, it was worth it. She was worth it. I hugged myself. Time to go see the real love of my life.—Soulswap is a paranormal romance with a Freaky … paranormal romance with a Freaky Friday twist. (Which means body swapping, if you were as clueless as Arizona.)

Soulswap (Twin Souls #1) was a good read by Arizona Tape and Laura Greenwood. This book is Tate’s perception of the body swapping with Ayra. The pain was back that completely consumes Tate. But she wanted it because it brought her back to Sian. She would wake up in a body that was supposed to be hers but she wouldn’t be able to stay forever. I enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more by the authors.
This fantastic book goes hand in hand with Soulshift and is Tate and Sian’s story. Tate has never felt right with herself as a dragon shifter that can’t shift. She has this wonderful fiance that’s not only a doctor, but a bad-a$$ dragon shifter. So imagine the confusion and chaos that arises when she wakes in someone else’s body with no clue where she is, who she is or what happened. Her relationship with Devon was a dream and I wondered why he put up with some of her antics. The body she shifts into is a vampire with a beautiful and sweet girlfriend, Sian. This is how she tries to navigate this unorthodox situation. There is so much I could say, but for fear of spoilers I will say this is one series you really should check out.
Soulswap by Arizona Tape and Laura Greenwood is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Susan Greenway.
I absolutely love when Arizona and Laura team up. Their books always leave me with a smile on my face. I really enjoyed this paranormal romance with a freaky Friday twist. I loved the relationship that was blooming between Sian and Tate. I can’t wait to dive into the next book Soulshift so I can get Devon and Ayra’s story.
Susan did a great job on the narration. I absolutely love her voice.
I would recommend this book if you like paranormal romances or slow burn romances.

One woman who was ultimately meant to be a dragon finds her way to the right body, but not without love, trust and lives being broken and remade
Our heroine is one of two identical ladies whose souls have been mistakenly swapped. Once this gets sorted, the story is only just beginning.
The first two books in the series are companions, each told from the perspective of one of the ladies swapping souls. I have noted some confusion regarding the order in that Amazon says this is book two, while reading it says it is book one. Fortunately, both books cover the same time period just from different perspectives. Order is not a major problem here.
I found this to be a fantastic read, easily one of the best books that I have read by this author. I love a real paranormal love story and here we get two. We take two “good” couples and turn them into two “perfect” couples, if you will. Very well written, highly engaging and definitely worth a read.
Highly recommended.

Fascinating Paranormal Romance!
A wonderful start to this trilogy. I was intrigued by the concept of switching bodies and was thoroughly impressed with their story. I look forward to reading more about Tate and Ayra. Enjoy!
I received an arc copy and am happy to leave my honest review.
This book takes the Freaky Friday concept and adds several twists and turns. Arya and Tate are two women born on the same day who seem to have been born into the wrong bodies. This book, Soulswap, is the story of this discovery from Tate’s perspective; Soulshift is this same story from Arya’s point of view. Tate is engaged to be married Devon, but something about their relationship has always felt off to her. She claims to love him but often pulls away from him in her discomfort. In one of the twists, Tate is actually a dragon shifter, but she has never been able to shift into a dragon. (Arya is a vampire.) In what she thinks is a dream, she awakens to a woman beside her instead of Devon. This blond woman is a stranger to Tate, yet she feels familiar, and Tate enjoys her presence. So, that is the second twist on the Freaky Friday concept. One of the relationships is heterosexual, and the other is lesbian.
The author does a good job showing Tate’s confusion first about what’s even going on with these shifts and also about her feelings for Sian. All eventually figure out that these two women are exchanging souls. What is interesting is that each is more comfortable in the other’s life. What will that mean? What will happen to these couples?
This book has an interesting combination of correct and incorrect grammar, punctuation, and usage. Sometimes commas were correctly placed while at other times they were completely forgotten or created a comma splice. But I found the reading engaging, so this did not bother me too much.
If you enjoy the Freaky Friday concept or unique paranormal romances, you might enjoy this book.
Although I found Tate to be a little whiny at times, I enjoyed her story. This was kinda like Freaky Friday, only set in a paranormal universe and the swapping happens multiple times instead of being stuck in another body once trying to figure out a way back. I’m interested in Arya’s story and seeing how this series further plays out.

Soulswap is an interesting story about two women who swap souls. A unique story line, great writing, interesting characters and twists that kept me reading make this a great read. I am looking forward to reading more books by these authors.
This is a great read. The beginning is intriguing and you are off balance just like Tate. You just want to keep reading to find out more and try to piece together what is happening. I look forward to the next books.

This series was so intriguing when I first read the blurbs for it and found out that Soulswap and Soulshift are companion books. Soulswap focuses on Tate and we see how she handles the fact that she keeps swapping bodies with Ayra. Tate realizes just how unhappy and bored she is living her life with a man she loves but yet is not in love with, but finds that missing spark once she meets Sian once the swap takes place.
It was a great book, i like the differing perspectives, it was an original storyline which was refreshing!!
A unique, mind-blowing love story that combines magic and mystery, vampires and dragon shifters. This book will surprise you with every page you turn.
Soul swap and Soulshift (Book 2) Have concurrent story lines, with Tate and Ayra swapping souls/bodies and living parts of each other’s lives. Normally when I have tries to read stories that have books that run concurrently but from different perspectives, I haven’t been able to finish the 2nd book, because it feels like I am just reading the same thing. However, Tape and Greenwood do an amazing job of making the stories feel distinct yet familiar. In Soulswap we get Tate’s perspective. I love her thought process. She is down to earth and it is funny seeing her try to figure out what is going on. I’m excited to see where book 3 takes us.
