There might be a way out of the prison planet. The only problem? I don’t want to go.Back on Earth is a man who wants to kill me.Back on Earth, I slept with a knife under my pillow to be safe. There’s no coffee on the prison planet. No pizza. No chocolate.I should be thrilled that there might be a way back home.Except I don’t want to return. Here, I feel safe.Because Mike isn’t here. And because … to return.
Here, I feel safe.
Because Mike isn’t here.
And because Thrax and Zorux are.
But I’ve sworn off guys.
No matter how hot they are.
No matter how much I want to kiss them.
No matter how much I want to run my hands all over their hard bodies…
There are a hundred reasons why the three of us shouldn’t be together.
There’s still no sign of my friends.
The rescue attempt is spiraling into disaster.
And most importantly, I’m fairly sure that the Draekons I’m falling in love with aren’t my mates.
Draekon Heart is the third book in the Dragons in Exile series. It’s a full-length, standalone science fiction dragon-shifter MFM menage romance story featuring a wary human female, and two sexy aliens that win her trust and her heart. (No M/M) Happily-ever-after guaranteed!more
And the world expands…Great story of 3 characters overcoming their pasts, walls erected and feelings of unworthiness. This world is now expanding to the Batches of Exiles, mostly exiled centuries apart if the aging process of the aliens stands true. Great beach read with the need to go to the next right after to continue the story. Look forward the the next book of soulmate complications.
While I read this via Kindle unlimited, I still feel it not only worth your time, but your $$ as well. Do NOT hesitate to pick this book.
I am so into this series now. Not that I did not like the first few books, but now the other Draekons are really making an appearance. Ryanna from earth has crash landed on a prison planet. Half of the other females were abducted, there is no way off the planet, and she knows better than to get involved with the aliens. She left an abusive relationship and she is not going to trust men anymore, alien or not. Now they are on a mission to find the parts that will make a ship that could possibly get them off planet. They also have to rescue the other females from Earth. If she could only stop the distraction that is Thrax and Zorux. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to not rush anything has brought Rayana around. It might take a while to prove they are her mates, but in the meantime they have important missions ahead, and a possible war to get through. But for the three of them if they have each other, just maybe they can have a perfect HEA.
This book was hot, exciting and action packed! This series just keeps getting better, and I can’t wait to see whats next for the draekons. I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
This is a great story and should be read in order or you’ll be lost. Fluffy escapes and everyone is looking for her. She caught between two men and doesn’t know what she wants. Hurux wants to send Fluffy back to earth and Cax wants to claim her. Sparks fly between the three of them. However will they be able to share Fluffy or will it cause them to continue to be enemies? Can Fluffy get what she wants?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Zorux carries a deep secret. Ninety-five years ago, his father, a Lowborn servant, killed his master and bribed a calligrapher to sear off the tattoos on his skin and replace them with those of his master. His father then married his mother, a Highborn from Giflan and had five children. His oldest sister, himself, the twins, and his baby sister. On his father’s death bed, he confessed to his wife what he had done. She immediately took the ceremonial dagger and slit her husband’s throat. Then killed his oldest sister. Zorux would’ve been next except his father’s dying cries woke him and he was able to save himself and the remainder of his siblings. His mother then took her own life. Impersonating a Highborn is one of the high crimes of the Empire. The punishment is death, not just to the person who committed the crime, but to his entire family. The bloodline is tainted and must be eliminated.
Before Thrax was exiled, he never lacked for female company. He was a pilot. Every woman that shared his bed knew that he wasn’t looking for anything more than a night or two. He never felt the desire to stick around. Having his father die before he was born and his mother dying in childbirth, Thrax was raised in an orphanage so he’s never felt a real connection with anyone. Sixty years on the prison planet has made him see life through a different, more patient lens. He hasn’t changed as much as he’s grown up. He’s learned to appreciate the import things in life.
This series just gets better and better as more and more of the storyline unfolds bringing with it the characters and their personalities that will enchant and delight all at the same time. Passion runs high in this triad even though Rhyana is convinced they aren’t her mates since they haven’t transformed. The plot is starting to thicken and so anticipation rises. Truthfully, I can’t wait to start the next book. This has become a new favorite for me.
An emotionally challenged female is attracted to two hunky alien males. Both males have their own issues as well. They’re off on a recovery mission when they decide to scratch that itch but the mission goes from low risk to rescue overnight. When they are reunited things get even more complicated.
I love this series and I would definitely recommend it.
fun read
The third book in the series and it start right off where the second book left off. This story focusses on Zorux, Thrax and Ryanna. Ryanna struggles with her past and is determined to stay away from the two Dreakons. While Zorux has his own secrets which keep him away from Rayanna.
With each book more is revealed about the Draekons and their homeworld. But just when you think something is a certain way, everything changes again. I loved the interaction between the characters and there are plenty of sparks flying around when the finally get together.
The book ends with a setup of the next book, where we finally get to meet the other batch of Dreakon and find out what happens to the others. I look forward to the next book in the series.
Seriously, I am loving this series. Each book in this series is a stand alone as far as the romance goes, but there is an overall plot arc that needs to be read in order for you to get the full enjoyment of it. This story starts right as book 2 ends, with no jump in time. Ryanna is not looking for any type of relationship. She has been hurt in the past and does’t want to let anyone that close to her again. Zorux has his own reasons for not wanting a relationship, so he distances himself as much as he can. Thrax isn’t suffering from any of that. He is the fun, light-hearted one in the trio.
Their romance is slower in the building, especially since they have known each other for a few months. There are moments of humor, tenderness, and steamy sexiness. The overall plot is full of action, newly explored places on the world map, some new characters, and a lot of hints at things that could happen in future books. There is nothing I wish had been better in this book. The writing is very well done, the characters are wonderful, the world development is some of the best, and the romance is spicy. I highly recommend this book, and the rest of the series, to anyone who loves romance.
