More than just a girl’s day out.
A leisurely day of Christmas shopping, that was the plan when Callie, Terri, Pam, and Karla went to the mall. They never expected to be embroiled in a mystery, never expected the mystery to turn into an FBI investigation, never expected to deliver a baby in the middle of nowhere in a Christmas Eve blizzard.
Just a simple paper angel.
Hannah’s angel is on a mission from God and paper or not, she refuses to be ignored until her charge gets the Christmas miracle she so desperately needs.

This novella was short and sweet. It was action packed and suspenseful. Who is Hannah and how does she fit it with Callie, Pam, Karla, and Terri? You will have to read it to find out. Sharon hit it out of the park, again, with this realistic novella.
HANNAH’S ANGEL by Sharon Srock
Needed: One Christmas miracle
When Jillian Rishi shared the news of her pregnancy with her boyfriend, Wesley Price, he left the country. Unable to stay away from the woman he loves, he returned five months later to reclaim Jillian and their unborn daughter. Hannah’s angel is on a mission from God and paper or not, she refuses to be ignored until her charge gets the Christmas miracle she so desperately needs.
This is Jillian Rishi and Wesley Price’s story.
The angel hovered on an updraft of warm air for several seconds before landing face down in a basket of french fries. Terri Evans yanked it out of the ketchup and wiped red sauce from the pristine white wings. She looked up to the second level of the mall. From their table in the food court, the large Christmas tree, hung with similar paper angels, was barely visible. “What have you got there?” Callie asked. “Looks like one of the angels from the tree upstairs,” Terri said.
said. “It must have blown free or gotten knocked loose.” She pushed her food aside to better study the renegade angel and flipped it over with a frown.
The information written on the back was unusually sparse. Hannah Price, Garfield OK. Weird. She passed the angel across the table to Karla McAlister. “Take a look.”
I recommend reading.
HANNAH’S ANGEL by Sharon Srock is a wonderful well written 5 star book.
I am looking forward to reading more books by Sharon Srock.
The ladies in this book are all very special people. What they do for Jillian and Wesley is truly remarkable. When these amazing women are doing their angel tree shopping there lives will change. When the Hannah angel keeps popping up they know they have to do something. You will feel God working throughout this whole story. The author will have you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens next.
I think this is a very good story with suspense, love, forgiveness, redemption. It can tug at your heartstrings being about an unborn baby. Very well written.
I have enjoyed every story in the Women of Valley View series, but this novella is one of my favorites. It is a wonderful and heartwarming story of a Christmas miracle with lots of suspense that kept me reading. I also enjoyed that the story included all of the women that I have grown to love from the prior stories. This is another delightful story from this author that I definitely recommend. I was given a copy of this book, but a favorable review was not required. The opinions expressed are my own.
Have you ever seen an Angel Tree at Christmas time? You know the kind where you pick a paper angel with someone’s name who needs help at Christmas.
The women from the series “Women of Valley View” come together in this tender Christmas novella. While out fulfilling their annual Christmas Angel Tree shopping Callie, Terri, Pam, and Karla have a paper angel with the name “Hannah” keep FINDING them. Trying to ignore the silly paper ornament and convinced it’s a joke their hearts start to warm to the idea that maybe there is a reason they are meant to have this paper angel. Be sure to join them to see if they find their Christmas angel.
I was given an advanced copy of this to read but trust me you don’t want to miss this sweet Christmas story. It was my Christmas in July!
