MICAH:Ten years ago I fucked up. I pushed the one thing I loved the most away. I watched her run as far as she could. I ruined the love we had. I threw myself into the Marine’s thinking I could get her out of my system. That didn’t work. When I came back I got the worst news ever. Or so I thought. Now I’m forced to keep a promise I made and find the one girl that stole my heart.AUBRIE: We had a … heart.
AUBRIE: We had a love that was stronger than it should have been. He threw it away though. After a series of unfortunate events, I was settled and stable.
Happy? Not quiet but when Micah shows up and rocks my world to the core I’m forced back into my old life. A life I ran from. Now being back in the one place I used to call home, I don’t know where I belong.

I love a good biker romance and I’ve read a few books by this author in the past and enjoyed them so I dove into this one with out reading the blurb. Micah and Aubrie’s story was all sorts of messy. Not in a bad way. In the way that so much stuff happens to this couple you wonder how they are still standing at the end. I really enjoyed it. They had their ups and downs, but they pull through and end up happy.
Looking for a sassy heroine with a backbone that works through her issues, a hero that has his own demons from the past; awesome secondary characters and a plot that moves fast. Then this book is perfect. I have to say my favorite thing is that the chapters were shorter. Some people don’t like that, but I found it nice for when I could read a chapter here or there. 4 stars #2OCCJD
Micah and Aubrie’s story is sad, dangerous, volatile and amazing. Life apart for 10 years changed them, but they never stopped loving each other. Hopefully, they’ll find a way to go on together.
Never Letting Go is Micah’s story and is the first of the Knights of Sin series by Erin Trejo. The novel had the typical MC plot line. It starts out with a young couple totally in love. Everything is going great until she tells him that she’s pregnant then the world falls out from beneath them, and they distance themselves from each other. 10 years later there is a terrible circumstance that has Micah looking for Aubrie. Of course, when he finds her, he goes all badass biker alpha male on her and her friends. From there we have the usual push and pull of the two lead characters. We get to meet the rest of the MC family a little at a time. It was a decent start to a new series.
OMG what a fantastic start to a MC series. Just WOW! The author has written a wonderful MC Romance that includes all the things that I check off in a great MC storyline. Hot Alpha Males: check; Strong women lead roles: check, tough MC action: check; suspense: check; action: check; a tight-knit brotherhood: check. Yep this book has it all so like I said, fantastic start to a series.
Micah and Aubrie fell head over heels for each other at a very young age. But when an unexpected turn of events happen, harsh words are spoken and Aubrie runs away from Micah – taking his heart with her. Fast forward 10 years to the present where our story basically begins. Both have moved on but have struggled. When Aubrie’s brother (Micah’s best friend and fellow MC Brother) is killed Micah finds her to bring her home for the funeral. But when he finds her, Sparks fly and not necessarily all good ones. This is their story and it’s a dandy. Especially when trouble finds their door and Micah and Aubrie must deal with the past as well as the present and all the pent up emotions neither knew they still held inside.
2 Thumbs Up for this well written amazing storyline. If you like MC books, I highly recommend Micah and I must say I am looking forward to book 2 in the series: Learning to Love, which is Bullet’s story.
A great start to the series. I look forward to finding out more about the other club members. Aubrie and Micah had a young love. Micah pushed her away 10 years ago. Will she let him back in when tragedy strikes? Can they find their way back to each other? Look forward to reading more!
One of my favourite lines out of this freakin awesome book is
“Whether you like it or not, you’ve always been mine, Aubrie. That shit hasn’t changed. I will make you want me again.”
Micah and Aubrie are two broken people. Functioning? Sure. Living? Not really. When tragedy brings these two back together, the feelings they both hoped were long buried come raging to the surface.
This book will grab you in a bear lock and not let you go! It is a fantastic start to what I am sure is going to be a killer new series!
DNF I did not like how quickly the POV switches between characters. Also, the guy was a total ass and the girl was an idiot. I couldn’t find any reason to continue reading about these people.
Tremendous!!! Loved this book. Cant wait to read the rest of the series. Lots of twists and turns but easy to keep up with!!
Never Letting Go
Knights of Sin MC, Book 1
By: Erin Trejo
Narrated by: Martin Landry
Erin Trejo has a winner on her hands! If you love MC books, the first book in the Knights of Sin MC series is what you are looking for. Gritty, dangerous, passionate, you will find all the feels here. Ten years ago, Micah and Aubrie were in love but it wasn’t enough. Due to unforeseen circumstances, these two have been apart. Now that Aubrie’s brother has been killed, they are in touch again and the chemistry is still there. But is their love strong enough to survive what is coming? Trejo will break your heart with their story, keep your heart racing with suspense and slowly piece it back together. It’s a fast paced, steamy, treacherous listen. The perfect start for this series.
Martin Landry brings his raspy voice to this narration. He has a dark and gritty sound, perfect for Micah and easily transitions to Aubrie. He has a good pace and keeps the story flowing.

I listened to the audio book for this story. I loved this story. It’s gritty, and somewhat dark, but sweet and sexy with action, drama, and sadness thrown in. The story itself sucks you in and doesn’t let you go. The way Erin Trejo writes captivates you and there’s no way you can’t be affected by her stories. The hero and heroine are both strong with their own pasts and demons to get through while trying to navigate their feelings for each other that haven’t changed. I only wish the story would have been narrated by a female as well since the story has dual point of view. There were many moments where I had a hard getting into the actual story because the narrator didn’t have the right inflection or sounded as though he was just reading without putting much thought into the particular inflection needed for a part. His voice changing for different characters was great though and I was able to tell the difference between characters.
Erin Trejo has a way to tell a story that will captivate you. Micah and Aubrey have love, tragedy, and hope of a second chance. While both characters are broken they both are strong in their own way. Aubrey is a firecracker full of sass while Micah is an alpha-dominating man to be reckoned with. I can’t wait to read future books in the series.
Micah and Aubrey were high school sweethearts.
…until one day, Micah chased her away and she ran started a new life.
Micah 10 years later, finding to tell her tragic news from home..
…being in a MC and the Marines, Micah wasn’t the same man Aubrey remembered, but Aubrey wasn’t the naive little girl anymore she grew up.
My biggest pet peeve, I wish she would made him grovel more, instead of letting him in tooo quickly for me..
This book is intense, gritty, and steamy for all MC lovers out there!!
ღ Micah & Aubrie Story
Aubrie has Lved Micah since she was fifteen, he broke her heart at seventeen.
Now he walk back into her life like he still owns piece of her heart, he mostly still does. But she not going to tell him that
She hadn’t seen him in 10 years since the day he broke her heart & push her away. He had change so much since she last seen him, he was bigger & Bossier, & lord help her sexier ,if that at all possible
• He came looking for her cuz her brother Benny was killed & he made promise to Benny bring her home for the funeral
He never forgave his self for pushing her away after she drop her bomb on him
Now 10 years later, he still loves her as much the first time he seen her.. Only different is now there are so many dead bodies in between them
2 broken hearted people-will they find their ways back to each other?
. I’ve always Lved second chance romance, & no exception here….
Hope you enjoy this read & also always keep in mind this is just my opinion
This book Gutted me , you felt the pain and anguish Aubrie had to go through and it was a ripple effect throughout the storyline . Blow after blow, because Micah didn’t know the whole truth of what happened to her and he had more bad news to confess .
I didn’t think they would make it back to each other even though when they were together it was Pure Bliss & Steamy as Hell.
It didn’t seem like Micah wanted a relationship really , he teetered on a promise made to a friend and the heartbreak of the past. A should I or not kind of situation …….
Until what he, once set free ….is taken from him, which brought in The bloodshed and chaos I love amidst Erin’s MC romances .
The book has it all Romance , Drama , Action and a couple with enough chemistry to mend both their broken hearts …….and it’s the first in a series .
Oh man why do I fall in lust with each of these MC guys!! This author is so good about giving us story and passion and mixing it up so we don’t get bored with either one. This story is so touching watching these two broken souls mend each other and that’s what they do when things get rough. They never thought they would see each other again but when tragedy hits that changes. This author does a masterful job of drawing us in and making the pain our pain as we become invested in the characters and their success. Wonderful read.
Micah and Aubrie are teenage sweethearts, but life and stupidity gets in the way. Ten years later, Micah has to find Aubrie to tell her her brother is gone. It’s the hardest thing he’s had to do. Unless she makes him walk away again, that would be harder. And that’s not something he’s willing to do without a fight.
I love Erin Trejo’s MC books. I don’t really read any other authors MC books. Aubrie met Micah when she was 15. They were together for 2 years before Micah pushes Aubrie away out of fear because he believes she deserves better. After Micah pushes Aubrie away she decides to leave town and start a life somewhere far away from the Knights of Sin clubhouse. But a Tragic death will bring them back together after 10 years. Is the love still there? Will she be able to put the past in the past?
