It’s a tranquil October morning in northwest lower Michigan, a rural paradise of cherry orchards, blue lakes, and sandy shorelines. The serenity of the day — and the season — is shattered when an elderly woman walking her dogs along the beach stumbles upon the bodies of a brutally murdered couple. Sheriff Ray Elkins returns from his debut in the bestselling “Summer People” to track down the … elusive killer of a vivacious and spirited young teacher. His search takes him into the dark side of an elite private school — and into his own long-forgotten past. As Elkins unravels the mystery, the hunter becomes the hunted and one intrigue leads to another in this page-turner.

Fall in love with the characters and be ready for sleepless nights- you won’t be able to put it down
Excellent . I enjoy reading about characters I already know. Look forward to reading more
I found this story delightful reading. I read on my commute to & from work. So to be able to start a book & be into the story within a page is what i like to read. This story kept you reading & before i knew it my stop was being called. I think you will like this story.
Left with a possible future book.
I bought all his other books, excellent author!
I love all the Ray Elkins books, I wish there were more.
Boring. Didn’t finish the book
I’d recommend any of Aaron Stander’s Ray Elkins novels. His sheriff, Ray Elkins, is human, not perfect and the settings in northwest Michigan are a treat in themselves. Color Tour is only the second in this series about the hard yet soft sheriff who knows his town back to front.
