Kaydens story is beautifully tragic with a great love story.
The story of Kayden and Sophia. A badass manwhore who meets the sexy librarian. Kayden has a past that makes him hesitant to commit to a relationship but there is something about Sophia that changes his mind. Two opposites with a sexual chemistry that is off the charts!
Kayden is the quintessential bad boy and Sophie as always been the good little girl. The two meet through social media because of mutual friends . They begin a long distance friendship over several months that eventually leads to them finally meeting. The chemistry upon their first meeting is amazing. Kayden keeps his addictive past and secrets hidden from Sophie. She realizes that something is wrong and tries to deal with everything that she begins to uncover. Finally Kayden past catches up to them and needs to be dealt with once and for all. They must learn to forgive, forget and build on what they have left….if that is possible.

I really enjoyed the story of Kayden and Sophia. Sophia is a librarian and looking for a little spice in her life. It comes in the form of a facebook message from Kayden. The relationship was a whirlwind romance, the only issue was the distance in the beginning. Things take a turn and Sophia starts to have many doubts. You will go through many emotions. Some may have more than others, personally some things hit pretty close to home for me. Kayden you will either love him or hate him, i really liked him. He fights for what he believes in and so does Sophia. Their relationship is what they should be like, you don’t bail when things get tough
Oh my……Kayden and Sophia were hot as hell! Who doesn’t love a sexy as sin alpha male who treats his woman like the queen she is. I loved how their relationship grew from a friendship to more with their chats, texts and phone calls. Such a great read that I devoured this book in one day, I just couldn’t put it down. Definitely recommend this book! Can’t wait for the conclusion.
Untangle Me is so much different than any other Chelle Bliss book I’ve read.
Kayden & Sophia meet online. Both are divorced, he’s a bit pushy and Sophia while generally a pretty level headed, strong woman basically falls at his feet.
Smart women truly do become dumb when faced with a perfect naked man!
I’m going to be honest, I was luke warm towards Kayden throughout this book, even in the end I had my doubts about him. I had to wonder where would they be 5 years from now.
I lived with my own Kayden years ago and this was like opening the door to something I choose to forget as much as possible. The similarities to what I went through were scary, thankfully the book wasn’t quite as bad as my real life but it still brought up feelings I’d rather keep buried.
Sophia putting her foot down was the highlight for me, standing up and not simply enabling the behavior made her my hero. The end gave me hope for them but I still have that underlying feeling he’ll slip again (that’s simply based on my experience not the book.)
While the subject matter obviously affects my opinion of the book I still read it through, cursed both characters at times and in the end was mildly happy for them.
This wasnt my favorite story that Chelle has written but it wasnt bad at all. In fact I enjoyed mostly all of it the love, the fights, the interaction between all the characters are simply unique. The love that you can tell right away happens for Kayden and Sophia feels you with warmth and joy. Sophia is this strong independent female looking for something different in life something more and right before her eyes it happens once she meets Kayden for the first time. Kayden had literally been through hell and back and finding his way once more is hard, but with the help from Sophia he finds his ways. Together they become stronger and the more they overcome every obstacle in their way. I just wasnt feeling this story like I did the rest, maybe it was to much touchy feeling in the words, I tried hard to have an open mind reading it but somethings just kept throughing me off. I never read the first one so I cant really say how that one compares but I was over all happy with the outcome of this story. Some of the heartache I could have done without but overall it mixed well into the story, the flow was great and the pace was amazing not fast nor slow. I would recommend reading this for a fun soft love story.
**I received this ARC for free in exchange for my honest thoughts**
I enjoyed reading Untangle Me.
Sophia and Kayden are in their 30’s, both are divorced and have not had the best of luck with relationships and/or love. They meet on-line thru mutual friends, and take time to get to know each other before actually meeting in person. Sophia is a bit insecure about getting into a relationship with Kayden because they live in different states, and he admitted that he’s a man whore. Kayden has a dark past and it affected how he lived his life. However, after meeting Sophia that changed, no longer a man whore … he falls in love. Entering a relationship when they live in different states has a lot of issues. There is a lot of ups and downs … from Sophia being insecure to Kayden loosing his job, being an alcoholic, and dealing with his stalker. Through it all their love grows stronger.
This book will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride. I volunteered to review an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
