Paranormal Dating Agency Book 13 – STANDALONEYou don’t have to read any of the other books in the series to read this one. It’s 100% standaloneA female Prowl Leader? Unthinkable. It’s what Becca Duran has dealt with since the sudden, tragic death of her brother. Now, the leopard council demands she mates an alpha, whether she loves him or not. Given no choice, Becca takes a chance on Gerri … choice, Becca takes a chance on Gerri Wilder’s PDA. It should be simple. Get a match and move on. Except, it’s not. It’s hard (thick and hard) with large muscles and a panty-wetting smile.
Jaylon Ross has thirty days to find a mate to help solidify his pack or face the consequences of an unhappy council. Forcing his hand, he makes an appointment with Gerri for help, but stumbles into the answer to his prayers in the heart of Manhattan. A sexy, curvy, sarcastic feline he dreams of stroking and wants to hear purr.
The two collide and more than instant sparks ignite with an attraction neither can ignore. Of course, nothing is as easy as it seems. Becca’s past and Jaylon’s present throw a monkey wrench into what should be so simple. Now they fight to find a way to stay together. Oh, and alive.
Reader’s Note: This book is smoking hot. Like it dirty? With biting, scratching and…you know? If you do, check this baby out. It’s sure to please your dirty mind. If you don’t like these types of romances, keep it moving.

Another great read by Miily!
Jaylon and Becca seem like a great couple but they’ve got a lot to figure out. Very enjoyable read! Just love Gerri! Highly recommend this series!
Yay
This one topped the cake!! The crazy joy ride this two had to travel, the deception, the sweet surprise of Lucille and…. And Wyatt flirting with…. Can’t say much but do not miss this one
Ms. Wilder strikes again. She even had to give these two an extra “push” so to speak. A trip to the city ended up being all Bec ever dreamed of. An awesome story for an awesome couple.
I think I finally understand the term guilty pleasure because this book was exactly that. It had way to many vulgar and corny jokes, a too fast pace, lack in depth and barely any development. It should not have been good, yet for some reason I could not for the life of me put the book down.
I know this is one book in a series, all with the same concept. Considering I have not read the previous installments. However, I found the premise and idea behind the book fresh and promising. I think that is what drew me in. I also kind of liked the opposite attracts theme and how that played out. Them being complete opposite animals and opposite of what they were looking for when they contacted the dating service. Yet they fit together perfectly and I really enjoyed how their animal side peaked through that from time to time being with each other. I also enjoyed the conflict it brought forth from their communities with them being different kinds of shifters and having different ways. It added a bit of oomph and drama to the story, especially finding out Becca’s background and seeing how Jaylon reacted to it.
I was not super fond over all the over the top sexual innuendos and very vulgar sex scenes, but considering all the above I could tolerate it better. One thing I really felt missing in the story though was the shifting. For both being shifters and considering how often their inner animals were showcased they only shifted once. That was briefly and under duress so it didn’t give me much. I really wanted to see them shift together and see how their animals interacted with each other being said opposites. It could have been interesting to see and, despite Gerri’s displeasure of the word, it was kind of what I was expecting to see at some point in the story.
There are a lot of room for improvements in the story with said pace, depth and development. Yet, somehow the story still worked for me as it was. Just think if the book also had all the above as well, then this story could have been absolutely amazing and totally worthy of five stars or more if possible. Still, as it is I feel it deserving at least three and a half star. Let’s round it up to four for guilty pleasure’s sake.
I absolutely love this whole series
If you like reading paranormal books. This is te next book on your reading list!!!!!
I have read a few books in this series, repetitive love scenes, same theme, curvy woman meets her mate, problems show up, then HEA, is short, steamy, also predictable
Fun to read, sexy wereanimal characters. Enjoyed the mix of wolves and cats
Wow that was dirty hot. I love a dirty talking take charge man as well as a no crap taking strong female. In that vain Jaylon and Becca were perfect for each other. They complemented each other well. The plot was pretty good and I liked the characters, The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars was the way things ended at the council meeting. There was no chance for Lyssa and her father to talk. She never knew about what he did. I would like to have had a scene where she was told about it by Becca. We were deprived of Lyssa and Becca’s feelings. Would Lyssa be furious, sad or understand about what Becca decided? That would have made for a great scene. This is my first book by this author and I will be reading more of her books. Until next time y’all happy reading.
fun read
The PDA series is definitely one of my favourites for its humour and great story plots.
This was a lovely sweet read and quite an emotional story due to all that Becca had been through in in life. No one needs to lose both their father and brother. Her guilt at what happened with her father is understandable but he was doing what a good Prime should, protecting one of his lair.
Loved that Becca was confident and competent and Jaylon was so funny putting his foot in his mouth at the beginning.
Jared was great and will make a wonderful alpha as time goes by.
The big twist at the wedding was eyebrow raising and I loved it.
Gerri keeps her 100% record with matching these two shifters who get whom they need not whom they thought they wanted.
A slightly different feel with this book, not as much humour but a lot more interaction and build up between our two H’s.
This is my honest review of this book.
Great Series. I absolutely love the Paranormal Dating Agency series. Becca and Jaylon were delightful to read about and I truly enjoyed their journey to their HEA. I did notice we didn’t get much interaction with Geri Wilder but that didn’t take away from the story look forward to the next book in the series.
Jaylon (Jay) has just taken over as Alpha from his ill father. But now he has to pick a mate! Becca similarly has been thrust into leadership of her prowl of Leopard shifters and has also been told she needs to mate to bring stability. Both are signed up for the Gerri Wilder Experience but they meet whilst travelling to their respective dates and sparks fly.
After what they each think is a last one night stand before they meet his mate, they are shocked to find that Geri has actually matched them. They know they are compatible in bed but can they gel OUT of the bedroom? How can 2 Alphas work together as a couple? How will their pack/prowl react?
Becca’s family troubles come hurtling back into the present and she learns some hard to deal with facts and meets some new family! Great read just wanted a bit more really!
Becca is Prowl Leader and needs a mate. Jaylon has just been named the new Alpha and told that he has thirty days to find a mate. They both turn to the only one that may be able to help. Gerri Wilder. Gerri has a perfect track record in finding mates and both Becca and Jaylon are counting on her. What they weren’t counting on was running into each other and discovering they have a connection before they even have a chance to meet with Ms. Wilder. Will they keep their appointments or trust their instincts?
I received an advanced reader’s copy in exchange for an honest review.
