“Fans of laugh-out-loud romantic suspense will enjoy this author as she joins the ranks of Janet Evanovich, Katie MacAllister, and Jennifer Crusie.”—BooklistAbby Williams has got it made: First a new job as magazine editor in London, and now a trip to an exotic island to review a five-star resort with poolside service. Unfortunately, on day two of her vacation, Abby finds herself bound and … and stuffed into a burlap bag and dragged across two continents. And worse than that? Her hottie abductor has got her distracted. Maybe escape is overrated. Iain Brodie is a muscle-bound mercenary. He just helped a despotic dictator take over an island. He’s also Abby’s kidnapper, and he has his own problems. Framed for a murder he didn’t commit and a boss who’s out to get him, he has to face facts: Early retirement is out of the question and Abby Williams looks damned good in a burlap bag. Elise Sax delivers another hilarious page-turner, filled with adventure, murder, mayhem, and love.
BOUNTY is a sexy, wild ride.

I liked parts of this book. It seemed a bit long. One adventure after another.
Very entertaining with whimsical twists.
No ending
Absolutely loved this book!
Not worth the time.
Loved it! Had to get more of her books
A wild ride. You will need to suspend a good deal of reality, but worth the effort.
Funny and lighthearted read. – very enjoyable
Lots of fun. Found myself laughing frequently. Great characters.
Quick fun read
Obviously not great literature, but it was funny (if a little far-fetched) and I enjoyed reading. The dialogue was well done – you could heare the conversation taking place. The romance was interesting as well.
Romantic fantasy; sex with a “bad guy”. Not my style.
Expected this to have humorous elements based on descrip and reviews but it was decidedly not funny, heroine exhibited way too many “too stupid to live” moments
The humor injected by Ms Sax in this story is phenomenal. I laughed so much my husband wondered if I was reading a comic book. The characters are so well drawn, so perfect in their quirkiness. And all the scrapes Abby got herself into, hilarioius. This book led me to look more into Ms Sax’s body of work.
I say it every single time, I’ll read anything Elise Sax writes. She’s brilliant. I laughed through this whole book. Funny, funny stuff.
I’m biased, I get it, but I’m still going to tell you…read it, cuz it’s hysterical! 🙂
I liked this book a lot. It was different and a fun easy read.
Fun read, doesnt take itself too seriously, pure entertainment.
