I love cozy mysteries. This one kept me guessing until the end.
This is another book I couldn’t put down. Great til the very unexpected ending.
Wished they did more in the end with the relationship that was developing. The ending did have a couple of twists that were great
This is still another cozy mystery featuring a baker, but it had some interesting angles. I have problems accepting women who continually do stupid things and put themselves in danger (this one the widow of a police officer, no less). It’s an okay book to while away a couple of hours, but it isn’t apt to stick in your memory for long.
Easy and relaxing read!
I found this book entertaining, the characters well written and mystery fast paced and captivating. Book was well written, highly recommended it.
My first of the series and I will read more of them. I really enjoy reading books of individual characters and friends. You will be taken away from your troubles.
Fun easy read
Unpredictable
Short – more of a novella. Not a lot of character building, more like just fill in the blank for standard characters. Plot was a bit lightweight, even for a cozy. Ending was a bit abrupt.
Enjoyed it immensely.
A fun, fast-paced mystery. I enjoyed it thoroughly!
Great story, lots of twists and turns, kept you guessing. Margot is very enjoyable. She is definitely a strong female and quite a character to boot. Love the murderer getting caught, it just made the story feel real. Hope to see more of Margot and Adam’s friendship growing in future books.
