Big, hot Sapphire Falls cop Scott Hansen, the source of Peyton Wells’ dirtiest daydreams, has only one fault in her opinion…he’s crazy about her. She’ll do absolutely anything Scott asks if he obeys three simple rules: they’re both naked; there are lots of hands and lips involved; and they absolutely do not call it a relationship. The R word gives her hives. Why can’t the guy just be happy with … be happy with no-strings sex?
But, when Scott’s injured on the job, Peyton can’t stand the idea of anyone but her playing nurse—and Scott sees the perfect opportunity to show her that a relationship with him can be the best time she’s ever had.
Of course, things with Peyton are never easy. After all, he doesn’t call her Trouble for nothing…

Peyton was too annoying and Scott was so nice. There was too much push pull in this book. I wanted to slap Peyton for being so blind to Scott’s feelings AND slap her again for ignoring her own feelings. The book wasn’t bad, just for me, I felt like saying “enough already” I’m about half way through but likely will not finish.
Not very good. Really a waste of time and money
Awesome characters with great interaction between all players in the book.
Great Read
The Princess of Sapphire Falls does it again! Every time a new Sapphire Falls book comes out, I swear it’s the BEST and my new favorite! And it IS! Until the next one comes out!! She has developed a fictional town with its varied band of characters that resonates in all of her readers.
Scott & Peyton are the best couple! Peyton is trying to keep everything superficial & light because she’s afraid they’ll end up co-dependent like her parents. Scott is trying to hold back & not jump into a superficial relationship because he’s in love with her & wants more. Erin Nicholas has given us the best happy go lucky party girl with unplumbed depths & paired her with the steady hunky town cop. Peyton is sassy, sarcastic, sexy & steady. She thinks she’s too needy until she finally begins to see herself the way everyone else does. Scott tries not to take over everything but still show Peyton that she needs him. The familiar cast of supporting characters pop in & out giving the writer opportunities to update us on where their lives are going. Will Hope & TJ ever have that baby?? Why do we have to wait so long for the next one?
