Giving in to the holiday themed novels, this one was a quick, page turning, captivating read. Travel back in time when a foolish man makes a wish on a full moon. He gets more than he bargained for, but he gets exactly what he needs. She gets the Scottish experience she wanted, just not in the manner she expected. The foreshadowing was …
A stand-alone romance with an unusual time travel aspect. Recommend as light reading.
Delightful Christmas Romance set in the Scottish Highlands. Story has wonderful characters and twists and turns throughout. Happy reading!Looking forward to the next book.
Christmas Kiss was such a fun read. It was very well written. The characters are so well developed! You root for them. I don’t want to say too much about the story because you need to read it! This time travel romance has a twist you don’t see coming, so can you trust me and just find a comfy chair, a cup of tea and settle down for a fine read! …
Always a good read with this Author. I have enjoyed all of her books that I have read. This was entertaing, and I love how the ending was developed.
Nice plot but poorly executed attempt at writing it out. Didn’t finish.
I wanted something quick to distract me from my hectic holiday schedule and this perfectly fit the bill.
this book was trite and predictable. Don’t waste your time.
I’m a total sucker for historic romance, but I just couldn’t get into this one. I found my attention wandering so much, it was an effort to finish the book and see where it would take me at the end.
It’s typical of the new ‘shifting times’ plots, albeit with an unexpected agent of change, but the ending is so highly predictable, it wasn’t fun at …
Every thing I’ve read by L.L.Muir has been delightful!
Loved this story! Heathcliff is swoon worthy and honorable. The storyline is unique and entertaining.
Most realistic reaction to time travel. Laugh out loud, scary parts too. Unusual. Loved it.
The plot needed to be developed more. It was truly bare-bones in character development; for example, the story mentioned the actions of the characters more than the motivation for why they were doing something. I finished it quickly. If it was rewritten, the author should add compelling details. As such, I gave it a 4.
I liked it and shed tears reading it.
It was a little sillier than what I was looking for. Too much suspension of disbelief and too many plot holes to get around. Only read about half before giving up.
It had a happy ending.
