For Blizzard, the feeling of betrayal was one he knew well. His father was a long-time member of the Brothers by Blood MC. He believed the brotherhood came first, even before his wife and child. At first Blizzard didn’t even blame his mother for walking out on them. That was until he learned that she’d hooked up with a member of another MC, leaving him behind to deal with the aftermath. He never … aftermath.
He never thought he would feel that kind of pain again, swearing that his back would never again see the blade of another knife. That was until Rose came along, tempting him, drawing him in and then leaving him on the sidewalk, fighting for his life as she walked away with the enemy.
Rose had spent her whole life wondering where she’d come from.
Her mother had always kept that information to herself, taking it with her to the grave. She was determined to know her history and her father but soon found it wasn’t the reunion she’d hoped for. She may have escaped the hands of a madman, but the family she’d been left with still didn’t fill the void she had inside.
Rose had made many mistakes, hurting people who cared for her and destroying herself in the process. She was heading down a dark road and returning to the town where she lost herself—and her heart—was never part of the plan. When given the opportunity for redemption and with nothing left to lose she was about to throw herself back into hell. But karma against her, this time there might not be anyone coming to her rescue.
They say time heals all wounds, but time is running out. Could you forgive and forget if it meant the difference between life and death?

I’m hooked on this series. Blizzard had his heart broken from betrayal. Rose only wanted out of life was a family. She learns not all family shares a DNA. She does everything to fix the trust that was broken. Blizzard and her chemistry was intense. I love this MC family. On to the next book.

So again the dynamic of the main characters has changed and this book had me in the edge of my seat waiting for the Big Bang moment. I’m not sure what to say about Rose and Blizzard. They were really cute together and were able to just be their selves. I loved Jay. She added another aspect to the story and another dimension to Rose and Blizzard. I do feel like things with his dad were unresolved. Yes we know that he was done….. but at the same time I kept wondering if he was going to pop in to the story one way or another. I loved the mega twist at the end and can’t wait to read the next one. Leo is one of my favorite characters so it will be a treat. 4 stars #2OCCJD
5 Blizzard Size Stars!!
I have loved this entire MC since I read Harmony:The Club Girl Diaries. I had loved Blizzard since then. Then, in Chelsea we met Rose and they definitely were starting to become something. Until Rose double crossed them. Then, I was left with my jaw on the floor and my heart stopped. I didn’t know how Addison was going to explain that ending.
Blizzard was angry. More so then normal. He had let Rose in and she deceived him and his club. His brothers. His family. Blizzard was blindsided. The Brothers by Blood MC was his life. His father was a member with his mom his Old Lady. Until she left his father for a guy with another MC. His father loves alcohol more then him. Loves kicking his ass. If it wasn’t for the brothers who knows what would of happened to Blizzard. Blizzard is loyal. His brothers. The club girls. The girls at X-Rated. Jayla and Har. Then, then was Rose. But, she broke him.
Rose is at her lowest of lows. She grew up with a loving mother. Her mother hid her father from her and for good reason. When her mom passes away Rose is lonely. Rose goes to find her father. But, was not prepared for the evil, cruel sadistic monster that he was. He was part of the biggest baddest Italian mafia family and didn’t have a problem abusing her if she didn’t do exactly what he wanted. Rose wanted to belong. By the time she realized her father was on a seriously twisted deadly mission it was too late. The Brothers by Blood, Chelsea and most importantly Blizzard the only people who make her feel accepted and care for her. They suffered.
Months later Rose can’t get Blizzard out of her head or heart. When she goes back to Athens she hopes she can come and go without seeing anyone. ESP Blizzard. But, when Rose overhears a conversation she knows she definitely should not be hearing. But, Rose knows she needs to go to the MC. She can help them. Rose doesn’t feel whole and is missing the only people who’ve ever accepted her. Rose hopes if she can help them that she could prove to the MC, Chelsea and most important Blizzard who she is and accept her back.
There are mixed feelings on Rose showing up offering her help. Everyone knows Blizzard’s thoughts on the subject. He wants her gone and now! But, it’s not that easy for Blizzard. He really truly cared for Rose. It’s a whole lot easier to hate her when she’s not looking directly at him. His head and heart are playing a mean game of tug and war. Plus, everyone telling him how she got played by her father. Blizzard isn’t so sure he should trust Rose completely. Or if he’ll have a chance to try when she walks into the lions den.
Man, were Blizzard and Rose hot! This was such an awesome start to Addison’s new series with the same characters. Seriously!! I can’t say that enough. She’s the only MC author so far that has me loving the club girls and not hating them with a passion. This MC group looks out for all their girls AKA property. Their Old Ladies, club girls and the girls at their other business’s. Rose was no different. She belonged to them. No. Rose belonged to Blizzard. Man, what a book. I read almost 50% the first time I opened it. Then, got sick but when I was first able to read I finished it. This is a must read. Addison did it again. Left me after dropping a bomb. Another “Oh shit” ending!!
Another good book. U can remember what happened with Blizzard and and his “so called” girl from Chelsea’s book. Blizzard is macho enough but not an over bearing sexist. He found out some shocking info from his mother. His girl took a beating (drug) wise to try to help and right a wrong. May cause triggers for some. Another excellent book.
