Seasonal And Delightful!
A fun seasonal romance featuring two divorce lawyers, Harper and Gabriel, who end up sharing a cabin in the woods over the Christmas holiday. She has more angst about relationships than he does as he’s more of the romantic. The couple going through the divorce, Noelle and Riley, are as neurotic as can be. Good thing they only make minimal appearances because anymore of them would be too much.
Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. Peace.

You’ll be in the Christmas spirit after reading this book. A sweet holiday romance at Christmas time, wonderful characters and Susan does a wonderful job writing her stories that the reader is drawn in from start to finish. Another great addition to the series.

Harper and Gabriel are both divorce attorneys but have different views on how they help their clients. She does not believe true love exists – at least not the forever kind – he does. What happens when these two opposites are snowed in together during the Christmas holidays? This book made me want to spend the week at a cabin in the woods with a good book and a cup of dark chocolate hot chocolate. The author has a way of making the reader feel like they are there with the characters. There was angst but loved how the legend came into play in their relationship. The ending was awesome.

The only thing I’d change about this book if I could, would be to make it longer. Everything about this story feeds my soul. Sharing their sweet Christmas traditions – the Chinese food made me remember my family’s own traditional Christmas Eve meal. Reaching out to family and friends both near and far. That magical sense of hope that says “everything is possible so long as you believe”. I especially appreciate that Harper and Gabriel’s story shows that relationships take work; two people willing to do what it takes to share their lives.
