Now Riayn needs to decide if she can handle sticking around to run her aunt’s bakery, My Baked … My Baked Buns.
Somehow Riayn and Jason must find a way to coexist in the small town, but what happens when Jason’s secret is exposed and he’s up to be auctioned off at the Valentine’s Day Party? We are back in Celebration Township and in this book the story belongs to Jason Hayes and Riayn Simmers.
Jason is a nurse that during his students years he had a profession he divulges to no one.
Riayn, a baker and now living in Celebration and working in her aunt’s bakery, is shocked when she sees Jason after all these years. She met and fell in love with him during college never knowing how he was supporting himself and paying for college. Until one fateful night when she sees him in the club he worked at kissing a woman. She was hurt, felt betrayed and called him a heathen, never expecting to see him again.
Imagine her shock to see him again and finding out he’s a nurse working at the same hospital as her friends. Friends that are unsuccessfully trying to get them together .
Will each end up moving on separately because of the past and present misunderstandings, or will understanding about the past and looking forward to a future give them a second chance?
Another entertaining story in this series.
I would like to add that the narrator performance was very good and it was easy to differentiate the various characters and their voices.
The Awesomeness continues in Celebration Township! Fantastic Listen

I am loving this awesome series, the characters and storylines are amazing, each book features a different couple and holiday, they can be enjoyed on their own but I think it is best to enjoy them all and in order. This book picks up just before the previous book ended and is Jason Hayes and Riayn Simmers’ story. Riayn loves to bake and working in her aging Aunts bakery, “My Baked Buns” as a trial run to see if she would like to take over the business and settle in Celebration. She loves the town and it’s folk, she also loves putting her own spin on the menu adding some of her favorite sweet treats into the mix. The only problem she sees is having to live in the same small town as her ex. Jason moved to Celebration after he landed the job at the area hospital. He was surprised to see Riayn at the New Year’s eve party, it brought back memories for him, ones he wished he could forget. He and Riayn knew each other from college, actually they were once in love but the relationship ended abruptly and badly. While they still harbor feelings for each other can they get past what happened in the past, can they let it go. With meddling relatives and friends can these two get their second chance or is Celebration too small for both of them. I loved how everything plays out in their story, including the Valentine’s Day fundraiser auction, which was superbly done. Can’t help but fall in love with the characters in Celebration Township, PA. Stacy Eaton, thank you for another wonderful story, I enjoyed every word and minute of it, the laughs, the drama, the heartfelt moments and the sweet romance.
I listened to the Audible edition, Yvonne Cude is a talented narrator and voice artist. She was perfectly casted to portray these characters and bring them to life. She does a great job covering both male and female characters, changes roles flawlessly without missing a beat. She sets the perfect tone for the story, adds a slight dramatic flair which enhances an already great story another level. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen

The next holiday we get to spend in Celebration is Valentine’s Day, and while normally full of love, this novella has us wondering if there will be hearts and flowers! Jason is a nurse in Celebration, and when he bumps into his old college girlfriend, Riayn at a bar in town, he is shocked! She has moved here to see if taking over her aunt’s bakery may be for her. But will they both be able to live in the same town? Will Jason’s past come to light and will he be accepted? Will Riayn ever be able to move on from her hurt? Stacy Eaton once again is pulling me into this town and letting me enjoy the fun! What’s better than lemon blueberry muffins and a male auction? I would love to be there! But what is truly great about this story is the complexity of the characters and the emotions they go through. Plus we get to see our old friends from previous books and get to meet new ones. I am enjoying this series. Short, fun, romantic and just truly enjoyable listens to escape with!
Yvonne Cude brings this one to life with a wonderful performance. She finds the voices perfect for each character and gives each one a personality that fits them! She did a great job!

Jason loves working as a nurse and living in Celebration Township until Riayn showed up in town, and a secret from his past is threatened to be exposed. Riayn needs to decide if she can handle sticking around to run her aunt’s bakery, My Baked Buns. Jason was never able to explain himself to Riayn in college because she never gave him the chance. All his feelings for her resurface when he sees her on New Year’s Eve but he knows she hates him.
