She’s the girl who got away, but now she’s back… realized I would never forget how it felt to have every inch of him inside me.
…and he’s waiting.
Angel thought if she ran far enough, she’d be free.
What’s mine will always be mine.
This time I do things my way.

Where oh where did Dash’s little Angel disappear to? No one seems to know until she shows her face in this book! Finally! When she crashes Keenan and Sheldon’s wedding, no one is expecting her, but Dash’s possessiveness takes control. She’s in for it now. But Willow is keeping secrets and as they are slowly unraveling, it wasn’t what I was expecting. Willow tends to make bad decisions even though they are of good intent and it seems to get her into a lot of trouble. My heart broke a lot in this book but that ending was hilarious in a pretty screwed up way. There’s still so many unanswered questions along with new ones now. B.B. Reid has my head spinning.
I loved this book! Dash and Willow’s story was so good. All of the characters from this world have stolen my heart and I love that we see them in each book of the series. The plot was fast-paced and I finished in one night. I will definitely be recommending this book to everyone.
***4,5 “Angel” stars***
I was waiting like crazy that story after reading the previous books in Broken Love series…
I had to feed somehow my addiction to the story, but mostly i needed my eternal beloved Keiran!!!
Yeah, right!!! He is so fucked’ up, but i love him!!!
He is the center of all of those guys, and mine too!!! LOL
First of all, i have to say about that ending…
OMG!!! You couldn’t believe what happened even if you could try to guess…
The last thirty pages was the death of me!!!
Three fucked up things happened and everytime i was on edge of losing my sanity!!!
One with Keiran, one with Dash and Willow and one with who was Mitch’s killer after all!!! No, i can’t tell you anything about that!!!
What the hell was happening???? And what was that ending???
B.B. you wanna kill me???? I’m almost to that point, i reassure you!!!
I need the final book!!! NOW!
First of all, i have to say that we finally took some of our endless questions of the previous book, but not all of them…
We are still missing some things that i’m sure that we will found out in the next book… Right???
For once again, we saw all of our favorite characters and yep, my wish came true…
We had a lot of Keiran’s presence since it seemed that everybody had an obsession with him and they are after him…
GOD!!! STOP TRYING TO KILL HIM!!! Hands off my man!!!!
[Yep, Lake!!! It’s yours!!! I haven’t forgot!!! ;))]
But it’s time to talk to you about the main couple of this book…
Dash and Willow!!!
“You’re right. You’re a fucking mess.” Her face fell in disappointment. “I’ve never met anyone more perfect.”
Dash and Willow had a history…
As you can remember from the previous books, those two came together because of Keiran and his obsession with Lake.
Keiran wanted to isolated Lake from everybody and he started his plan by throwing Dash in Willow’s life.
You see, Willow was Lake’s best friend and what was better for Keiran’s plans than she will lose her best friend???
And Dash did what his best friend ask him, but his feelings got caught in Willow’s charm…
But when Willow learnt the truth, she tried to stay away from him… With no much success!!!
“Keiran had sent me on a mission to make a girl fall in love and sacrifice her heart, but it seemed the only one who had been sacrificed was me.”
But when they finished school and Lake decided to follow Keiran, Willow disappeared…
Yep, she just disappeared. Nobody knew where she was for the last four years!!!
Dash tried to find her but with no success at all!!!
In this book we have some memories of the beginning of Dash and Willow’s relationship and i loved them!!!
I liked that i finally saw how they reached that point and how true their feelings were!!!
“I experienced what it was like to be addicted, and strange enough, I had become addicted to the addiction. There was only one person who could feed my addiction. One girl who I craved more than success or breathing.
Now, four years later, everybody’s lives had changed as we saw to the previous book…
Dash had follow the path that his father wanted… Now, he is the boss of the family’s company and he is about to marry a woman that despise…
And when he is trying to complain, his dick of a father he is telling him to choose between Keiran’s friendship or to have the freedom to marry whoever he wants…
So now, he is trying to find a solution between this dilemma…
At this point, i have to say that the friendship between Keiran and Dash was magnificent… It was like Keiran needed Dash to anchor him!!!
Their bond was too solid for anyone to get in the way!!!
“You’re my brother. You’ll always be my brother. No one can change that,” he whispered.
But totally unexpected Willow is back in his life and he is determined to keep her there and to take some answers…
Where was she all those years???
And why she had come back now???
What is she hiding???
What is chasing her???
“Four years ago, I had become adept at reading her like an open book, and right now, it read that she is in trouble, or at the very least hiding something. For Willow, maybe the latter was much more dangerous.
Now that I had her, I had no idea what I was going to do with her. I haven’t seen her in four years because I let her have her way. That wasn’t a mistake I was willing to make again. I wasn’t aware of what life she made for herself these last four years, but it wasn’t relevant anymore.
She was never going back.”
Willow didn’t want anything than to make a quick visit to her mother and to leave again…
But the things got complicated and now she is forced to do something really bad to protect the people that she loved…
And the worst thing is that Dash is there and she can’t escape him as much as she wants it!!!
“Wanting Dash was risky.
Fucking him was dangerous.
Loving him would be a tragedy.”
Well, Willow was hiding lots of things.
She wasn’t the girl that we used to know.
She was hurting and many times she was acting like a real bitch!!!
I will admit that she irritated me very much in this book and i can’t believe the hatred that she had inside of her…
And the main receiver for this hatred was Keiran.
In her mind, he was the one that took everything from her… Her best friend and her chance to love…
If i recall well, Willow, you were the one that you were pussing away Dash and you were sending mixed signals!!!
““What Keiran did was despicable, but he didn’t make you fuck Dash and he didn’t make you fall in love. You did it because you wanted to and because your heart craved Dash. The start may have been false, but the journey was real.”
As for Dash??? He was a sweetheart as always.
He was the most rational person of this book, but Willow was sending him out of balance…
Even though that he didn’t expect to fall for Willow, he did it and her absence was killing him.
I liked the way that he was acting when she got back…
but man, near to the end you make me shit my pants!!!
What is that with those guys and the lessons that they are teaching??? Their lessons are cruel!!!
But because Willow made me really mad, i think that she deserved it!!!
“I control my future and now I control you. The only things I can’t control are my feelings for you.”
And now, i’m dying for the next book!!! What else we will have to get through, ugh???
This series is my greatest ADDICTION!!!!
But noone could ever overpower Keiran in my heart!!! That’s why they are losing half point every time from me!!! SORRY!!! #NOT
“What do you want me to do?” I felt my growl more than I heard it. “You want me to fucking chase after her and beg her to be with me for the third time?”
Keiran’s answering laugh was void of humor. It was dark and threatening. “No, man. I want you to do what you already want to do. She’s already yours.” His eyes darkened to black pools. “Take what’s yours.”
This book provided some much needed closure. Dash and Willow have always been two of the most important side-characters, considering they are best friends to Lake and Keiran. This book provides a more detailed and in-depth story all the way back to Dash and Willow meeting up for the first time, prior to Keiran and Lake becoming an official couple.
Dash has taken over his father’s company in light of adhering to a few rules that may very well break him as a person. With the disappearance of Willow and following through with an arranged marriage, there’s only so much a person can take when they are being forced to end a life-long friendship for the sake of your company.
There’s a few surprises that arise in Breaking Love…this story is essential to the series and I am so glad I got to read and enjoy all the banter between Dash and Willow. This woman is defiant to no end and Dash is set on getting his way. Unfortunately for these two, they always seem to be guilty by association.
Willow has returned to Six Forks after 4 years, and surprises everyone when she turns up at Keenan and Sheldon’s wedding. Forced and blackmailed into an uncomfortable reunion with her high school friends was not the homecoming she was looking forward to.
B.B. has easily gained my attention with the witty disposition of her characters. Breaking Love certainly filled my obsession with Dash. I’m not ready for this series to come to an end, but I can’t wait to get started on Fearless!
“Wanting Dash was risky. Fucking him was dangerous. Loving him would be a tragedy.”
BB Reid does it again. A suspenseful end to one of my favorite series this year!!
Go back and start with Fear Me, this is the fourth book in The Broken Love Series. Dash & Willow’s book. I’m calling this one mild to light, with suspense. It’s actually lighter than any of her other books.
It’s hard for me to review without giving spoilers. Here goes nothing. Where’s Willow been? Gone, she fell off the face of the planet. The chemistry between Dash and Willow is off the charts smoking. The story takes place in the present with flashbacks of their beginning. The flashbacks were detrimental for this broken couple, it was almost too sweet, I almost couldn’t handle it. God, I fell more in love with these two. I do have a heart, sometimes. Secrets and Lies. That’s the present. The battle between the two from different sides of the tracks. Willow is the one girl Dash couldn’t leave, but she’s destined to run. I can’t tell you much more, expect the unexpected. And be prepared for the shock of your life. The end blew me away, like that flush feeling you get in your face, like you’ve been slapped with some dirty talk. I was stunned.
Anyway, I’m hoping we get a couple more books, maybe a couple novellas, just to catch up with the characters in the future. I feel like I could read about this bunch forever, and never get bored. #TeamKieren
BB Reid rocks romance with edge.
“For you, I’ll do whatever it takes, and this time I won’t stop until I own you.”
Willow and Dash began under false pretenses, yet their progression to much more was no less hypnotic…the push, the pull, the battle of wills kept me devouring well into the night. Another piece to the puzzle that is this addictive series, enemies were revealed, battled, and I couldn’t put it down! Two opposites thrown together, powerless to fight their attraction was completely swoon inducing.
“I tried not to melt from his words. I really tried, but melt I did. Right against his lips. In such a short time, kissing him had become my drug of choice. I was a willing addict.”

I thought this series might be losing some steam but nope! I LOVED this installment! And after Keiran and Keenan were such assholes and the first three books had been pretty dark and I’d loved them, I was pretty shocked to love Dash and his sweet self so much. He’s a very different type of guy and Willow is of course unlike most anyone. The heroine can easily annoy me in books but I adored Willow’s spirit and her unwillingness to bow. I don’t think the overall story is as pulse pounding now because I feel like the main characters are safe now so there isn’t as much will they/won’t they. That doesn’t matter though because I’m still here for all of it. Once I picked this book up, I didn’t want to put it down. This book also isn’t nearly as steamy as the previous books but the angst level was through the roof and that’s a good part of what kept me turning the pages. I loved that the author wrote such angst and drama without making Dash and Willow complete assholes to each other. It speaks to B.B. Reid’s talent that no matter how she wants to write it, I’m here for it and I eat it up. I thought this was an excellent addition to the series and I think Dash and Willow will forever be a favorite. I cannot wait to finish this series but I am going to be so sad when it’s over! Only one more book to go… 🙁
I love all books from this series but Breaking Love is my favorite !!!
I’m not book critic, I can’t write all long poem with beautiful words… please forgive me for that… for some reason I’m just a reader not a writer. My reviews always connect with my my feelings, which I have during reading book.
Breaking Love give me everything what I love in angsty romances. Even if I read this book while ago, I can stop from coming back to re-read it again. If I can be honest…when I’m writting this, just started to wonder – do I have enough time, at this night to re-read Breaking Love one more time…
What should I really write about this book without spoilers? It’s really hard right now…
You want read about love-hate story ? Yes – You’ll find it here…
You want to read about secret crush against perfect world? Oh what, a no-suprise – You find it here…
You want to read Bebe’s twisted and dangerous story? For sure, You find it here !!!
Yes – I’m a little fangirling right now… but I really admire Bebe’s work.
On the fence with a 3.5-4 stars. I kind of felt that this story was all over the place. I thought there was a jumping the shark moment, Fonzie style, towards the end. The whole wedding scene had me shaking my head. That ending had me all whaaaaaaa is happening right now?? Of course I need to read #5 because I’m in it to win it with this series. It’s like a love-hate thing I have going on with everybody.
Absolutely love Dash and Willows story, not as dark and aggressive as the other Broken Love books which are fantastic btw and yet the story kept it’s edgy emotional ride with some humorous moments, Willow is so sassy! Great story and worth reading, it does end with a cliffhanger.
