I just lost my half of five billion dollars.Five. Billion. F*#king dollars. The voicemail still chimed in my skull: “Your father is dying. The inheritance is no longer yours or your brother’s. If you want that money, you’re going to have to play by some… unconventional rules.”Rules? Screw that. I didn’t get this far by following anyone’s rules. But I did know one thing. If this was a competition … I did know one thing. If this was a competition between my brother and I for the entire King Family fortune…
I was going to win.
That’s probably exactly what my brother was saying right now, too. He and I hate each other, we have for years. We know hate, and we know what it means to compete.
What we didn’t know was how messed up these “rules” would be. You see, to get our inheritance, we’ve got to do something drastic.
Knock someone up.
That’s right. If I want my money, I’ve got to get a girl pregnant. One thing’s for sure, my sleepy town of Caldwell Hope is in for a rude awakening.
Lock up your wives, your girlfriends, your daughters–everyone is fair game when it comes to winning this damn contest.
The King brothers are coming home.
All hell’s about to break loose.
Author’s Note:
I’m a real life bad boy author, and this is my debut novel. Billionaire Takes All is written from the perspectives of the two King Family brothers. This is their journey to screw the other one over, find love, and eventually father a child.
This full-length standalone novel is filled with sabotage, long lost love, second chances, and enough steamy to fog up your tablet.
Get ready for some romance that’ll make you sweat.more
The debut from author Jackson Kane. I have always found Mr. Kane’s style to be quite unique among contemporary romance authors, and this first book is no exception. This is a dual-POV but notable in that there is no female POV character. The mains are Lucas and Richard King, brought home by their father’s request. The eldest Mr. King has a second request that leaves both Luke and Richard gobsmacked. Neither wants to acquiesce but nor does either want to loose out on the $5,000,000,000 inheritance. Lucas and Richard are at each other’s throats from the outset but can either one win the girl and the money in the end? A definite must-read for any Jackson Kane fan.
4 Stars
I find myself liking more and more romance novels from male authors, and finding this debut novel from Jackson Kane was a breath of fresh air. This is one of the most interesting plot lines I’ve read where a dying father realizes too late that love and family are the most important things in life, not the total of your bank account. I mean what’s the point in having all that money if you don’t have anyone to share it with? Knowing his family is completely broken and his two sons are at extreme odds and totally hate each other, he decides to pit them against each other in hopes of bringing them together again. The first son to bring an heir into the family gets the five billion dollar inheritance and the other gets nothing.
This story unfolds in dual POV’s from Richard and Lucas. Lucas is trying to win back the love of his life and Richard is struggling with his feelings for the feisty record store owner. I found myself rooting for Lucas more. What can I say? I’m a sucker for rockstars and second chance love. I wish we’d had more time to delve into each brother more, but what Jackson gives us is great. This is a great debut novel for Jackson Kane, and I expect many more great books from him in the future.

I can’t even! The King family rules!
Richard and Lukas have come to hate each other – the change in their Dad’s will won’t change that.
Lukas’ long lost love is still his love, he just needs to figure out a way to let her know and bring her back. Richard has never loved before, but the will makes him see things in a different light.
I freaking love how Jackson has made this the best story I have read in a long time.
I loved this book! It is dual POV of the brothers. It had me from the first chapter. It is so much more than just a book about two brothers and what they each want. It is a definite must have!
4.5 Stars
I absolutely loved this book. It was refreshing to read a full story from the point of view of the men. And it was refreshing to read such lovely romantic love stories written by a man. This is my first book by this author and it most definitely won’t be the last.
This book is from the point of view of two brothers. That are pitted against each other but not for the reason you are made to think. It’s for a reason that is beautiful, touching and unexpected. It’s really hard to mention the ins and outs of this story as there would be far to many things that would be spoilt.
The characters are brilliant. From Lucas, Richard, their dad and the women that become such a solid parts of this brilliant story. My only downer about this story is that it’s not longer.
This book is a great recommend from me. It’s had totally put Jackson Kane on my radar. Meaning I am totally looking forward to reading Judy’s story.

Sibling rivalry makes for a VERY INTRIGUING read! And with Jackson Kane at the writing helm, this story only aims high and has you gripped for quite a ride. This book takes two estranged brothers on a life journey of forgiveness, redemption, and enlightenment. This story is well developed with characters meant to make their mark and have true staying power. It took me on a roller coaster of emotions and anxious to find out the conclusion. Truly a very captivating read that left me wanting more.
Richard and Lucas were two brothers who were each set to receive have of their fathers $5 billion fortune..that was until their father out a wrench into that. He told them both that neither were getting their share of their inheritance. And now he threw new stipulations into it. The first one to get married and produced an heir would get the whole inheritance and the other wouldn’t receive anything. Who would get the inheritance and who would get nothing? To find out go one click this book now . You won’t be disappointed whenever you do that I can promise you. I highly recommend this book to and and all who want to read it.
What a fantastic story! Richard and Luke are two brothers that hate each other and couldn’t be more opposite from each other, Richard is a successful businessman and Lucas a rockstar. Their dying father sets up a competition between them, in order to get a five million dollar inheritance, and a way to finally bring them together and find happiness. With some sibling competitiveness and sabotage of each other, Richard and Luke, end up helping each other. This book has everything I love in a book, family, second chances, a bit of romance, and love. A fantastic read from start to finish and I highly recommend you one-click today, you won’t be disappointed.
Sibling rivalries (fuelled by dad) adds a great punch to this rich boys’ story. The romance aspect was good, but I found the family aspect and building it to fit their needs more polarizing and enjoyed seeing it take place step by step! A rich experience! Check it out!!
I was totally glued to my kindle from the very beginning with the well written storyline and characters that were so well defined that I couldn’t put this book down until I finished reading the very last page!
A Rocker & A Businessman Walk Into a Bar…
In this case the rocker was Lucas King and the businessman was his brother Richard King and even though it was a biker bar they walked into that’s not the point. Lol These brothers have lived totally different lives for some time now but it was their father making a change to his will that made things happen. You would think the old man crazy but it was that development that brought these boys back home.
Lucas had left ten years ago and left his then girlfriend, Molly without a reason why. Life went on because Lucas made it big in the rock world and Molly married a biker. Molly never left his mind and since his time back all it took was him seeing this rough looking guy raise a hand to Molly and he was all about letting Molly know how much she really meant to him.
Richard had pretty much run the family business and he was drawn to his opposite of a raven haired beauty who owned and operated her own business. Gloria was not the type to take crap from anyone especially this guy who showed up at her job for a coffee.
Oh, yeah the change in the will was that whoever gave the old man the first grandchild and the mother would have to be from their hometown of Caldwell Hope, would get the billions that were in the will. So what was going to win out…the love for the right woman, the money or maybe even bringing these boys back together again?
I have to say I was totally drawn in and all four of these characters won me over. It was written in the way that comes along and you won’t get anything done because this book just takes over. I’m so glad I found this book and can’t wait for more to come from Jackson Kane.
This story is of two brothers in a competition with one another and I loved reading it from both of their point of views throughout. Can you guess by the title that only one will win? There’s so much I want to say but I refuse to leave any spoilers. If you’re the type of reader that enjoys sexy alpha males & a happily ever after ending then this book is perfect for you. It’s a must read, page turner from beginning till the very end. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.
