Four years ago I lost my virginity on live, streaming television.Too bad I wasn’t awake for it.The video went viral. Of course it would. A Senator’s daughter on camera? Wouldn’t you click “share”? Besides, that’s what three of the four guys in the video did.Share.They shared me.But that fourth guy? The nondescript one in the background in the upper left corner of the screen, just sitting on the … corner of the screen, just sitting on the couch? The only one who did nothing?
Not one single thing.
That was my boyfriend, Drew.
And that was the last time I saw him.
Until today, when my father—now on a path to the White House—hired him as head of security for my new team as I return home after four years of “recovering” in an undisclosed location that involved white lab coats, needles, pills and damage control.
You see, the other three guys never went to jail. Never had charges pressed.
Never faced consequences.
Until today.
Game on.

I would give this book 5 stars if it hadn’t ended with buy the next book to find out what happens. Really good book. Well written. But not nice to not finish what the author started ….
Story was not real. I mean really everyone just accepts she wanted to be hurt that bad.
It is a story that builds and establishes the characters but then ends without any conclusions after reading almost 30 chapters.. You have to go to the next book to get any answers.
I would normally give this series a high rating but the fact that it doesn’t even pretend to end at the first book, and Book 2 is even worse, makes me give it a low rating. The very last words at the end of Book 2 are: “slammed, cheek down, on the concrete floor and everything fades to a brilliant familiar red. The color of one of Lindsay’s scarves.” That is how Book 2 ends!!
Weird book as it forms part of 3 books that are written in the 1st person by the 2 main characters each.
Very unsatisfying ending lots of time wasted on overly descriptive detail
The book doesn’t have an ending To be continued….I don’t care for these type of books
Loved this book, I couldn’t put it down! Very excited to read the next 2 books in the Series.
Part of a series.
Ok but not real interesting.
