We’ve changed. Darker, damaged and unable to conform. My husband Joshua is dealing with the past the best that he can…..as am I.Nobody else can understand the language we speak. The trauma we have been through. But with the pain comes pleasure and happiness is our gift.#returntopoundtown
Sometimes happy endings aren’t what they seem. On the outside Joshua and Natasha look like everything is perfect, but what’s really going on is the meat of this story.
PTSD is something they both need to work on, and they do. TL Swan has wrapped this story up in a perfect way, answering all the questions we needed.
This was a beautifully steamy conclusion to Joshua and Natasha’s epic love story.
WOW! What a turn around for me!
I started out this series thinking to myself I’m not sure I can keep reading because of many reasons…but the first book had me straight up hating Joshua and feeling bad for Natasha but then the second book had me loving him and getting irritated at Natasha! By the third book I was so deep into this world, loving both of them completely you couldn’t have bribed me out with wine and caramel chocolates! Joshua is a tough one to love, he has so many layers to protect his heart and only one person has ever made it through all those layers to see who he is on the inside. I loved that he was unapologetic about who he was, you take him as he is or not at all. Same with Natasha, she was such a drama queen at times but she knew who she was and embraced it! It was stunning watching her grow into the fierce, strong woman she ended this series as!
At this point in the series, I was literally soaking up any and ALL of Natasha & Joshua that I could! I am ending this series so in love with these two I don’t want to say goodbye! I hope we continue to get little glimpses of them in the others books and I wouldn’t be surprised to find myself rereading some of these to get my Stanton fix!
Bliss is basically finishing up some loose ends when it comes to Joshua & Natasha’s relationship, the hardships & traumas they’ve been through, some of the drama surrounding them.
I did feel like this one was a bit much, the loose ends being tied up just felt more like MORE drama after everything they endured and I wanted these two to have nothing but the happiest of times!
On the other hand…had this one not been written I probably would have said something along the lines of “And they are just OKAY….after what happened to them? No way!” Also, this was a WORLD! Not just a couple, these two wouldn’t have truly existed on the level that they did without their world around them! Part of what made Stanton world so amazing was Natasha & Joshua’s tribe!
So considering both sides of this, YES I do believe this smaller epilogue-ish book was needed! I do wish it had been a bit shorter and entirely focused on these two and their own healing.
Overall, this has to be one of my favorite worlds I’ve read! The writing started out rough in book 1 but by book 4 you could see the author’s growth writing wise. This world will suck you in and you’ll never be able to leave, and that’s okay because you won’t want to leave!
Josh and Tash finally get married, then spend a glorious honeymoon basking in their love. Neither of them has really dealt with their ordeals. Leaning on each certainly helps but accepting guidance from Nick Anastas finally gives them perspective. They go on to live the happy life they so richly deserve.
This series of books is AMAZING!!!
Finally, Tash and Josh are getting married after everything they’ve been through, they’re going to get their happily ever after.
Tash and Josh go through the movements, they appear happy to the outside and each other. After what they went through neither one of them wants to recall what they went through and just wants their happiness.
Things don’t go as planned and the cracks start to form with them holding everything in, Nicholas decides that they need a nudge to make them realise that they can’t keep everything inside they need to talk about what happened or it will destroy them.
The pain is too much when either of them think about what they went through, can they let each know about their darkest time before they destroy the happily ever after they worked so hard for.
Loved this series, so glad Joshua and Natasha got their happy ending
WOW and a great ending to such a great, amazing story. It was truly an adventure their love story. I hate its over. I want, crave more from them. I want to continue being lost in their world with all their family and friends.
I knew once this would be over I would be left broken, but only because I didn’t want it to end. The author gives us the best ending these two can have. I hope I can get glimpse of what these two are up to in books to come.
Truly one of the best series I have read in a long time. I definitely will re-read this story a bunch of more times. Its just that good!
