He’s prepared to yank the idiot out of every jailhouse and ice cream parlor (don’t ask) if he has to. It wouldn’t be the first time. He can handle a good fight. Audiobook review: Nice short but cute alien romance story. The characters are likable and the situation intriguing. Danger of becoming captives is real but the budding chemistry is tangible tension that leaves the couple with a hard decision to make. The narrator did a nice job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene. I received a copy of the audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
After the ice cream incident we follow the swoon worthy Blaze! I’ve been looking forward to his story and it didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the spin of Cynthia and I found it very enjoyable. The quick story ended way too soon and it was enjoyable. Government conspiracy, aliens, and casinos what more could a girl as for.
The narrator, Kylie did a fabulous job bringing the story to life for me. The wide variety of voices and inflections she used were fantastic. Highly recommend!
I enjoy quick reads. They are a great way to still get your book fix when you don’t have a lot of time. This story is of Sev the serious one. He is over the crazy antics of his brother and cousin and the whole let’s find mates. Cal and vin have found mates and Sev is just ready to go. He keeps being followed and occasionally talked to by a an earth girl. Turns out she’s more then he bargained for all the way around. This story is funny, has a completely different feel then the first two and shows how different “blaze” is. There’s bot as much slapstick and much more intrigue. I enjoyed it. It’s got some heat and a fun story line I just wish there was more because Cyn is definitely an interesting character and the story line could have easily handled it. Kylie Stewart knocks the narration out of the park like she always does.
