I am a fan of Linda Howard cuz of consistently great stiry lined
Like books that relate to other books. More Mackenzie series.
Didn’t like it, I couldn’t finish it
Unfortunately I did not like this book. The beginning was pages of information on jets and how they work. Unnecessary to the story. The heroine is portrayed as a naive little twit who in her twenties doesn’t know how to kiss a man, but is highly educated with a doctorate. I could understand this kind of behavior if she lived in a closed society, but not. The hero is an overbearing pilot who has determined he has to keep her from the attentions of other men on the base and decided he would have her virginity. Not worth my reading time.
I have listened to a recorded version of this book and enjoyed it tremendously. I wanted a print version, so went for the BookBub item rather than a paperback. I would recommend it to readers who are looking for action, suspense, romance.
