This story was definitely on my favorite book list and I recommend everyone reading books by RJ Scott. These two guys had me glued to each page the love and passion was steamy, the chemistry was even better they were meant to be together. This is a must read

This is a terrific start to this series. The story is fast-paced, and has interesting and complex characters. The author quickly drew me into this story that I could not put down. I enjoyed following along on these characters journey. With a bit of action, suspense, a blossoming relationship, and love, there is something for everyone to enjoy. I look forward to reading more in this series.
R.J. Scott seems to always give a brilliant love story and this book in really no different. It isn’t your typical boy meets girl love story but it impactful all the same.
Adam Freeman is a Bodyguard and in the midst of a really bad day, he is assigned a new job protecting an American Actor. Logan Brady is the ” it” guy in American TV handsome, with blue eyes – Adam finds him attractive but one you don’t cross that line at work and two how does he know Logan is Gay. Then, on the other hand, Logan’s best friend and fellow actor Stacia has been his “girlfriend” for the past three years. The folding out of this story is intense and exciting and of course, you may get several Happily ever afters!
I enjoy reading R.J. Scotts book because they show it really doesn’t matter who you love – it’s just important to have it.
It’s impossible to have a positive review for a paid book with so many errors!
This is the first book out of a 6 book series. I tried to enjoy the story and I realize this is an arc and I expect some edits but this was just beyond ridiculous. Did anyone even read it through for proofing mistakes? I bought a copy, so I depended on that, copy and it was just as bad. Although, the story was good, I wouldn’t go any further because of the lack of proper editing. Every time a reader has to stop due to a wrong word choice, a spelling error it just some obscured word placed there in the wrong tense by auto correct it takes the reader out of their read and leaves a bad taste.

Alex is a bodyguard assigned to keep Logan save while at a convention in London. Logan is trying hard to please everyone. Logan is at a convention when he gets attacked and Alex saves him. Will the love they have for each other be enough.

Nice story. See Amazon review.
I enjoyed this easy read. The two MCs lead very different lives in terms of nationality (English vs. American), occupation, happiness, and acceptance (out vs. closeted), but they grow together as Adam guards Logan against a stalker. There is light angst, some suspense, surprising twists, and a growing romance. I think my favorite part was watching Logan come to accept and appreciate himself and learn to live his life his way, and let other take it or leave it. Sometimes we have to give other people a chance to accept us, which they can’t do if we are hiding who we really are.

I struggled to finish this one. I couldn’t connect with the characters. Logan was like an excitable puppy but with none of the personality. Adam, well Adam was just there. No personality. At least Logan got excited. This was supposed to be a romance but I didn’t feel any chemistry between them. I’m pretty disappointed because I have enjoyed RJ’s books but this one was just not for me.

I loved Logan. He clearly cares deeply for his friends and has a real sweetness to his personality. Adam took a bit longer to warm up to, but once he and Logan really started interacting the connection between them was great. The romance is very fast paced, but they still have their problems to work through. The stalker element I thought was nicely done (the suspense added another layer to the overall story).
I do wish there had been a bit more about Bodyguards, Inc. It’s meant to be the link for the series, but I can’t say as though it got any connection beyond Adam works there. Just a little bit more of a connection would have been nice.
