Police officer and alpha werewolf John Tate never planned on turning a human into an omega. He was supposed to be civilized. Nice. The exception to the rule. But one whiff of Ian Bones on the full moon and all of Tate’s morals and ideals go flying out the window. Ian smells like his, and Tate’s wolf has no intention of denying them what is rightfully theirs…
Warning: This story contains some … This story contains some dark themes before the happy ending, including kidnapping, unfair punishment, abuse of power and dubious consent. Do not read if this bothers you.

“Ian? Are you okay?” Tate suddenly asked, standing just inside the door. Ian looked up, gasping at the pulse of need that coursed through his body. Tate had changed out of his skintight uniform, and was now wearing a loose pair of sweats and a tank top. Ian could see the line of Tate’s member resting against his thigh, fat and huge, and the alpha’s muscles looked enormous. Ian wanted to touch them. He wanted to bury his face in Tate’s crotch, to sit at the alpha’s feet while Tate stroked his hair-
No! This wasn’t him. Why was he feeling like this? Ian closed his eyes, trying to ignore the throbbing of his shaft and the way his hole fluttered and yearned for Tate’s knot.
“Ian… If it hurts, I can help you,” Tate said, coming closer. Ian could smell him, musky and delicious, his mind fogging over with the intensity of his need.
Why did he want Tate to stay away again? Breathing in that scent, opening his eyes to see Tate’s magnificent bulge so close he could reach out and touch it, Ian couldn’t remember…

Perfect book if you are a little bit kinky
This book was so perfect. The author never
waste my precious time. It was one steamy
scene after another one. No unnecessary
characters, no unnecessary episodes. You have
to read just a little bit to another steamy scene.
I really enjoy it. In the first half of the book there
are practically just lan and Tate. In the second
half there are Brendan and Payton as well. They
fit perfectly in the story and there are no less
steamy scenes beacuse of them. I love them too.
After I read the sample in witch Tate kidnapped
lan and took him roughly i wounded if to buy
this book but I am so glad that I bought it. After
a rough start the story somehow develops in a
steamy romance and you can feel hove much
lan and Tate love each other and Tate really care
about lan despite the way he took him. I am so
sad there are no second book beacuse we really
could find more about Tate’s new pack. 317
pages was not nearly enough for this story.
Humans and alphas and omegas, oh my.
This book isn’t for everyone. It has an out of control alpha, a non- consensual turning, and a bigoted pack mindset concerning humans & omegas. But, if you give this book a chance, I think you will enjoy it. Because this book also has love, joy, and an alpha willing to risk it all to maintain his moral beliefs and protect his omega and his new pack.
I won’t reword the blurb. Suffice it to say, the men are hot, the sex is hotter, the kinks are unexpected, the alphaholes are infuriating, and the mating bonds are telling. This book concentrates on one main couple, and a second couple whose story is integral to the integrity of the book. The result is an exciting journey to HEA.
This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.
Human Omega is a hot and steamy werewolf romance with Alpha/omega tropes including some dark themes. Make sure you read the warnings and take them seriously. This book is not for everyone. I loved this book and have read it twice now. It’s hot and kinky, but still tender and sweet. I can tell it’s one of D.J. Heart’s earlier books because the plot is a little disjointed and the ending felt abrupt, but overall, I quite enjoyed this book.
The main plot of this book revolves around Tate, an alpha werewolf, kidnapping Ian, a runaway sex worker, and turning him into a human omega. Human omegas are the lowest of the low within werewolf society, but Tate works to overcome that stereotype and soon mates Ian, elevating his status. There’s a lot of personal conflict between Tate and Ian, as well as internal conflict, but throughout the book there are some delicious and kinky sex scenes. I feel like this book should get a sequel because another couple is added to the story near the end, but their relationship deserves a book of its own.
Overall, I highly recommend this book (for people who enjoy dark romances with sexy werewolves) and I know I will re-read it again in the future.
