Lexie Greene has always had such a pretty face.
Unfortunately, that’s where it seemed to stop. She’s grown up hearing her Mother constantly remind her that she needs to lose weight. And twenty-two-year-old Lexie knows she’s overweight.
With her younger sister’s wedding on the horizon and a crush to stalk on Facebook, Lexie’s had enough. She gives up her constant daydreams about food and joins a … about food and joins a dieting group. As the pounds melt away at the gym, she finds that life on the other side of junk food isn’t what she thought.
Bon Bons to Yoga Pants is an inspirational hit about a girl coming to terms with herself, and her past, all while navigating a world of food and fitness.

Makes you think about how your body image is.
Loved it. Battling being overweight is so difficult. The main character experienced all the doubts, stumbling blocks, excuses and dreams of every overweight woman on the planet who would like to be thin. I found myself wondering how they got in my head to write all my thoughts down. Great story, a must read for anyone looking to get healthy in unchartered waters of a gym, health food store, and weight loss program.
Loved Lexie & her story. If you ever had a Weight issue you will love this book. Sorry to see it end.
The book was very good. I am sure anyone that has a problem with overeating can relate.I liked how it was a story to relate to and not just health advice I would recommend this book and read again.
Having lived with weight and eating issues from childhood, I could relate to this character and find inspiration from her struggles and successes.
This was a fun, easy read that had a little more substance than the usual chic lit fluff I usually find.
Light-hearted, fun little story about self discovery and happy endings.
This book was slow read, I couldn’t get pass the third character and I slow interest in the story. I am sorry.
Really good read about a girl dealing with the loss of her dad and her weight issues. With low self esteem, she builds her relationship with her mom and sister plus a hot guy!
I’m currently training for a 5k and trying to get into better shape. This was a realistic read and very encouraging without being sappy. There are 5 books in the Health and Happiness series, so get reading. Your next book is “I Am Girl Power” then “You’ll Never Know”. Katie J Cross really knows how to write!!
