“Ms. Sinclair’s characters come alive on the page with passion and energy in a story that is absolutely riveting. “ ~ You Gotta Read Reviews
Working with the FBI to capture human traffickers, Master Raoul scores an invitation to a slave auction. To his surprise, one slave is the kidnapped friend of a Shadowlands submissive. Although Kim’s body is scarred, her spirit is unbroken, and he can’t … is unbroken, and he can’t leave her behind. Ruining the FBI’s plans, he buys her.
Kimberly’s freedom has come at a devastating price: the other women are still imprisoned. Desperate to help the Feds locate the traffickers, she agrees to pose as Master Raoul’s slave. Although wearing a collar again is terrifying, Kim starts to heal and then to blossom under the powerful Dominant’s care.
Submission. It’s what she’s been drawn to–and fled from–her entire life. She has escaped the slavers who captured her body. Escaping the Master who has captured her heart will be far more difficult.

I love all the Shadowlands books, and I think this will always be my favorite. How favorite? Well, I do not only own a copy of this eBook, I also have it on Audible AND I own a hard copy. Crazy? Maybe…
What is there to love about To Command and Collar?
First, Kim and Raoul. They seem so real, so genuine. Kind, good people, who’ve seen and experienced the ugly things people can do, and still are able to love and trust.
Second, great romantic suspense plot as the story about battling the human trafficking ring, the Harvest Association – started with Make Me, Sir – continues.
Third, a realistic insight in the world of BDSM, safeword sand sad, sane, and consensual.
I love how the tight-knit community of The Shadowlands keeps growing, and I always come back for a visit.

Masters of the Shadowlands is one of my favorite series, and this is my favorite book. I adore Kim and Master R. I’ve read the eBook countless times – believe me, if an electronic book could have dog ears and a crinkle, worn spine my copy of To Command and Collar would bear those markings. About a year ago I bought the paperback and now I added the audiobook. Fan girl? Definitely! Slightly crazy? Perhaps.
Noah Michael Levine and Erin DeWard form a very talented narrator couple and I loved their performance. To call them narrators really doesn’t do them justice. They are voice actors and they’re excellent at what they do. Mr. Levine’s impersonation of Master R is so amazing, even his chuckle seems to have a Spanish lilt to it.

Love ANYTHING by Cherise Sinclair. She is an awesome writer. I can’t put her books down once I start reading.
This is a book to be savored, read slowly so you can have time to process everything that happens in this book. I have loved every book in this series and all the characters from them but this one was so much more intense that its now my favorite. I am sure when the next one comes out I will feel the same way about it too 🙂
Master Raoul rescued Kimberly from a life as a sex slave who has been beaten and tortured. She is so traumatized that she is barely functioning. With patience and understanding, Raoul is able to help Kim start to live again. Circumstances force both her and Raoul back into the lion’s den in order to assist the FBI in taking down the sex traffickers. The encounter turns deadly when Kimberly’s previous decides to take her back with or without Raoul’s permisiion. Once the smoke has cleared Raoul decides that he must let Kim go because he wants a full-time 24/7 submissive and she just is just not up for that. There’s only one problem she realizes that she does want that kind of dynamic but how to convince him is another story.
One of my favorites.
