Book 3 in the New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Dark Romance Trilogy
Captor and captive. Lovers. Soulmates.
We’re all that and more.
We thought we were past the worst of it. We thought we finally had a chance.
We thought wrong.
We’re Nora and Julian, and this is our story.
Hold Me is the conclusion of the Twist Me trilogy, told from Nora & Julian’s point of view.
A Perfect explosive ending to a Perfectly messed up love story.
Julian does everything in his power to protect Nora but alas, the kid of word he inhabits is full of sneaky villians who would do anything to hurt him. In his deadly game of battle and cry , is Nora . She becomes a bargaining chip sometimes, a lucrative target sometime and a helpless casualty sometime. The story comes to a full circle but anna left certain loose threads which could be spun off into other novels too.
lucas and Rosa
Peter and his revenge road.
very roller coaster like .what a thriller. What an action adventure. What a Love Story
We’re all that and more. We thought we were past the worst of it. We thought we finally had a chance.
We thought wrong. We’re Nora and Julian, and this is our story.
These books are so addictive and naughty, the sex is hot but also forced and rough so not for some readers but the story line is an amazing action packed, dramatic romance that pushes the line with it’s love to hate characters this book will take you out of your comfort zone but you just can’t put it down.
This is the final book in the Twist Me series and I am gutted. I’m going to miss these guys! I loved this series and the third book was absolutely packed with action and danger. Joy and heartache.
Ooft, it took me everywhere emotionally!
NORA
I love Nora. She is so strong and loving. She has taken everything Jullian has doled out and she’s still ‘her’ if you know what I mean. She hasn’t crumbled under his overbearing character and become a shadow of herself.
Although her view on the world changed after her eyes were opened to seeing the darkest things that life has to offer, she still loves with her whole heart. She’s just a little more kick-ass now, lol.
***SPOILER***
I don’t usually do spoilers in my reviews but this is something that I wanna talk about so, here it is.
When she gets pregnant she is terrified and has no idea how to deal. Trying to ignore it only works for a little while and then reality sinks in. It’s a super hard time for her and she feels pretty alone in how she feels.
On top of that, she finds herself in one hell of a situation with her friend Rosa and the whole thing was heartwrenching. I was a soggy mess several times throughout this book and I was uncertain how it was going to end.
JULIAN
This man has my knickers wet! Like, all the fecking time!
The man without a conscience or heart? Yeah right!
He has so much passion and love for Nora that it floors me that he doesn’t realise how much he really loves her.
Yes, he torments her pretty much every day but not in a cruel way really. I’d love him to torture me that way!
He has never and will never let her go or be in harm’s way (well not without him glued to her side to kill anyone who would dare touch her, lol)
Jullian discovers a lot about himself in this book and it is just…awesome. I love it.
After learning about the baby he begins to like the idea. A lot, and tries not to be hurt when Nora doesn’t share his feelings.
Yup, he’s got feelings guys!
SEX SCENES
I am still out of breath, ye get me?
I fight because he’s strong enough to take the fury inside me. Because he’s strong enough to take it away from me. As I writhe in his brutal hold, his knee forces apart my legs, and his cock presses against my entrance. In one savage thrust, he penetrates me from behind, and I cry out at the pain, at the unutterable relief of his possession. I’m wet, but not enough, not nearly enough, and each punishing thrust scrapes me raw, hurting me, healing me. My thoughts scatter, the chant inside my mind disappearing, and all that’s left is the feel of his body inside mine, the pain and the agonizing pleasure of our need. I’m rushing toward orgasm when Julian begins talking to me, growling that he’ll always keep me, that I’ll never belong to anyone but him. There is a dark threat implicit in his words, a promise that he’ll stop at nothing. His ruthlessness should terrify me, yet as my body explodes in release, fear is the last thing on my mind. All I’m cognizant of is sheer and utter bliss. He flips me onto my back then, releasing my wrists, and I realize that at some point, I did stop fighting. The fury’s gone, and in its place is deep exhaustion and relief. Relief that Julian still wants me. That he’ll punish me, but won’t send me away.
FINAL THOUGHTS on HOLD ME by Anna Zaires
This book had a few absolutely heartbreaking scenes. My wee eyes were watering and my throat was tight.
The whole trilogy was so well written, I feel like I’ve actually met these people.
There was so much action and at no time did I think it was too slow or useless filler.
Nor was it too much. Just perfect.

Very erotic, I loved it.
I loved this series so much! The ending was absolutely EVERYTHING!! This series is one of my all time favorites and one that I can read again and again! With all the action, the heartbreak and tragedy and fierceness and obsessiveness and love I was so completely enthralled with this book!! Anna is such a phenomenal writer and I just can’t get enough!!
#stockholm syndrome series
While I was at first a bit on edge about the change in Nora’s character that arises during this book, I quickly realized that it was actually perfect for not only the situation but for Julian as well. This is filled with so much drama, action, violence and agony my heart was twisted (oops, didn’t mean to use that as a pun but I’ll leave it) in every direction. I grew to love each of these characters the deeper into the dark they went. Nora’s own personal emotional journey was painful to experience in every way. With Julian’s added to it I was torn between wanting the perfect HEA with a white picket fence and wanting the happy ending that only a dark soul could ever have. Be assured, it does have a HEA, but what it’s made of will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Dual POV
Last book in series, couldn’t put the book down. All came together from books one and two. Loved this series.
Book 2 in this series. All I can is that I loved this series and a must read
