“Fans of YA will totally get a kick out of McHugh’s novel not only because it’s funny, but also because the characters are so real.” — RT Book Reviews
Alexis Wyndham is the other type of Queen B—the Queen Bitch.
After years of being the subject of ridicule, she revels in her ability to make the in-crowd cower via the exposés on her blog, The Eastline Spy. Now that she’s carved out her place … that she’s carved out her place in the high school hierarchy, she uses her position to help the unpopular kids walking the hallways.
Saving a freshman from bullies? Check.
Swapping insults with the head cheerleader? Check.
Falling for the star quarterback? So not a part of her plan.
But when Brett offers to help her solve the mystery of who’s posting X-rated videos from the girls’ locker room, she’ll have to swallow her pride and learn to see past the high school stereotypes she’s never questioned—until now.
And don’t miss the sequel, The Queen B* Strikes Back, available NOW!

A ok book. It was good till the end. Which ends on a cliffhanger. And I think that’s because the author wants to write a series. Not really for the sake of the storyline. Bummer.
I enjoyed reading about Lexi growing up and maturing. It moved slow. I was patient and also learned interesting info along the way.
BUT….to hang in there as she fights to hang tough, you get a glimmer of sweet and the book ends!
Cliff hanger!
Hope book bub offers the next book. I would love to read it. I don’t like being tricked into…see what happens…buy a book! I really liked the author’s style.
Please finish your books! If you are good, readers will buy your books. Even if they are sequences…I like to have closure and get that ahhh…..feeling….then move on to another characture. The…ahh…was a fleating thought.
I can finish the book in my head but I’d rather enjoy your talent reading your books 😉
I thought the story was a good one; however, too much cursing and sexual situations I didn’t feel were appropriate for young people. Setting a bad example. I didn’t even like it for me and I am an adult.
Very realistic…characters are well-drawn
I did not get past the first few pages. I do not need cursing or crude references in my recreational reading.
I did not finish it. The characters were 2-dimensional and unrealistic. The plot revolved around a self-confessed bitch being determined not to like/fall for her ex-friend’s boyfriend.
I thought it was repetitive and not real plot development. Basically mean girl turns decent girl idea.
Cute enough book, predictable but fun
