I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Cara is a workaholic manager of a London department store. Actor Nick has come to play Santa for the season. Cara had a crush on Nick when she young. She hates Christmas and needs more sales to save the store. Nick has a relationship with the Lord and asks Him what to do in regards to his Santa contract, he thinks God has it all planned. Cara turns out to be in charge of Nick and she is not happy about it! Nick suggests a 12 days of Christmas for her to rediscover the joy of Christmas. Cara has a few things to work out from her past and needs to stop punishing herself and start realizing that nothing is to big for God to forgive. God can take all of your guilt. The best thing for her to do now is pray for God to show her the way. Read this book and see what happens to Cara and Nick and how their relationship with God blossoms.
Seriously Christian story about forgiveness and grace.
It had light sweet moments and really heartbreaking ones, lots of patience and grace and a surprisingly sweet retelling of the prodigal son.
This was a fun book to read.
It was full of wonderful images of London and all the glamour of the Christmas time.
Yet, it also had deep emotions of overcoming past pains and beliefs.
Cara, a lonely young lady, who as told by her co-workers was, “only twenty-eight going on fifty-eight.” She didn’t believe she deserved anything good in her life and had stopped believing in Christmas.
In walks Nick, who’s an actor from America. He’s there to help the store but thinks maybe he’s also there to help Cara.
Oh my goodness, this book had so many entertaining scenes. The author, Autumn Macarthur, knows how to weave a story and make you feel you’re right there with the characters experiencing all they did. I think I’d love to go to London and visit that store.
Ms. Macarthur also brought into this story the beautiful love and acceptance of God. No matter what is in our past, He’s there. Never to leave us or forsake us.
I received this book from the author for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

The store where Cara works is in financial trouble and Nick I hired to help the store to come around. Nick and Cara are Opposites from each other but are forst to work together for thee weeks to try to safe the store. Nick is a Christian but cara lost her believe. A lot is happening in the book and there is a lot of confusion but in they end everything is going to be alright. It’s a heart-warming clean wel written christian romance
Believe in me is a swoon worthy, heart \warming, Hallmark movie romance. I love the premise – the 12 Dates of Christmas. .Cara is such an uptight sweetie still distraught over her parents actions Nick is a charismatic Hollywood star brought to London to help save this grand old department store. Nick’s dates are versatile and so romantic. Then Maggie starts recreating the dates as store windows and the store starts being packed again. There are so many scenes I would like to mention, but I will just suggest you read one of the best romances ever.
Loved this book and characters. Depicts how faith and love can heal a heart beset by grief and shame. The author is a talented lady and can spin a moving love story without sex scenes, etc. can not recommend it enough.
This is my favorite in the Love In Store series!
