Dragon Lords Book 7
Paranormal Dragonshifter Romance
Polished, dignified and reserved in all things. That is a true nobleman.
Lady Clara of the Redding, a living statue of perfection, has been raised a true Redde noblewoman. She has been taught to never show emotion, to never raise her voice, to touch as little as possible, and to never act wildly or rashly. According to her people’s custom, … her people’s custom, the new generation cannot begin until the current one is settled. She is the last of her siblings without a husband and her pregnant sisters will remain in stasis until she’s married.
After Clara denies all suitable males on her home world, her parents are left with one choice—send her to a primitive planet where several noblemen await marriage. The men hardly appear picky about their choices, a perfect arrangement for a reluctant bride.
An uninhibited woman to match his untamed soul. That would be his ideal wife.
Lord Vladan, Ealdorman Honorary of the Draig is not like his noble brothers. Adopted into their family after a mining accident killed his parents, he is every bit as titled as his new brothers, and every bit as welcome into the fold. Yet he can’t help but feel the pull of his commoner past. He loves his family, and will always do as duty demands, but a part of him still yearns to shift into dragon form and run free in the wild. It is a side he indulges every chance he gets. This is how he knows his bride will be the most wild of creatures, for he wants passion, not perfection. Surely the gods are mistaken when they bind him to the most refined, reserved, frustratingly perfect creature in the universe.
Warning: This book contains an alpha male reluctant to take his place as a nobleman preferring to run free in the forest and a woman unwilling to marry anything but a cultured and refined gentleman. Oh, and she doesn’t like to get dirty…well, until now.

This sci-fi/fantasy romance is fantastic! I loved it.. Vlad is a sweetheart.. This story has adventure.. and steam with lots of sweetness. This couple has wonderful chemistry..
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Vlad is the youngest brother and maybe just a little bit cocky. He is very hard-working however and tries hard to fill the role of Prince, despite being adopted by the royal family and not actually royal by birth. He oversees the mines and just wants someone to be his, his alone. Clara has been raised to be practically emotionless. Her home while filled with family was austere and without any visble affection. She has a gift of being able to read emotions and also the minds of animals. The ability to see more than there is. Can she learn to love her husband and herself? Will Vlad see that there is more to his wife that paint and fancy clothing?
Clara wants to marry but love but that is not how it works in her culture. Lord Vladen is a nobleman by adoption. He is excited to participate in the marriage festival. He meets Clara and falls in love. There is excitement and love in this book. I love this series. I love how Vladen asks Clara what her pleasure is. Michelle M. Pillow is an awesome writer with great ideas.
Lady Clara is from a planet where emotions are repressed (think Vulcan from Star Trek). She has a humongous amount of brothers and sisters. Her sisters are pregnant but cannot give birth until the last of their generation, Clara, is mated. She has sent off every suitor sent to her and as a last resort she is sent to meet the Dragon Princes and Lords.
Lord Vladan, adopted son and Ealdorman Honorary of the Draig. His parents were killed in a mining accident. He loves his brothers, but still feels more commoner than Lord, he yearns to shift and run free and wild. And that is what he wants in a wife, passion not perfection.
Lady Clara was hard to like at first, all that ice princess exterior. However, when you met her parents you kind of see how she ended up that way. I loved the get out clause her mother came up with!!! (You’ll need to read it to find out what. Vladan is so down to earth, happy with his friends and family, no matter what their station. He takes is duties, and their safety, seriously.
Now to read Riona’s story – really need to find out what happened to her!!
