The ladies of the #1 New York Times bestselling Friday Night Knitting Club return in a moving, laugh-out-loud celebration of special times with friends and family… club is also a haven for Peri, Darwin, Lucie, K.C., Anita, and Catherine—Dakota’s dearest friends, big sisters, and sometimes surrogate mothers.
With the holidays just around the corner, the women have reason to celebrate: There’s a special wedding planned for New Year’s Day. And in the meantime, Dakota is finishing a sweater her mother started before she was born. As she takes on her mother’s pattern, she learns that there was much more history in these stitches than she had anticipated, and to build on her mother’s legacy, Dakota must become the woman she truly desires to be.

Not as entertaining as the first two. Writing seemed trite.
Continuing book in the Friday night knit club series. The characters continue to develop & mature. You want to keep reading to find out how their lives progress and how family difficulties get solved. Easy read.
Read The Friday Knitting Club – this was the 3rd in the series, I think, however I haven’t read the 2nd. Book was entertaining – I like the characters.
An interesting coming of age story for the youngest member of the knitting club and the stories of the ladies who helped grow to be the woman that she is now. Realizing the reality of life rather than the rosy belief of how life should be is the basic underlying plot in this installment of the book. Interesting character development and growth with an entertaining plot.
This book was the third book by Kate Jacobs and, although the first book was excellent, the succeeding ones are very weak. It was an ok read, but a disappointment as her first book was superb.
Really enjoyed it as a Crafter, reader, and a woman in today’s world!
I loved the first book. This one took far too much time rehashing what came before, and not in a way that draws the reader in to the new story.
Love this series.
You need to read the entire series, laugh, cry, hopeful, heartbreaking. I’ve re-read several times
Loved this book & each one in the series. Highly recommend this writer wish she would write some new books
