They say men like a lady in the living room and a whore in the bedroom. I never knew the sentiment was reciprocal. Until I met Jax Knight. A gentleman in public, a commanding, dirty talking rogue in the bedroom.Daughter of legendary fighter “The Saint,” Lily St. Claire knows firsthand how fighters can be. As the owner of a chain of MMA gyms, she’s no stranger to aggressive, dominating, and … possessive men. That’s why she’s always kept her distance. But the day Jax Knight walks through her door she’s captivated by his charm. Stunningly handsome, well mannered, Ivy League educated, and confident, he shatters all the preconceived notions she’d come to think were true about men who trained to fight. But falling for someone so soon after her breakup wasn’t something she’d planned on. And definitely not something her ex plans to allow.

Lily and Jax were a fun couple to read about.
I loved how Jax is a take charge kind of man. One look at Lily and he knew he needed to know her. Even if that meant dealing with her ex. I loved reading about the growth of Jax character. Going from being what his father wanted him to be to the man he wanted to become.
Lily was a great character. She was sweet and loyal. She was doing everything she could to keep her fathers dream alive. She was strong when she needed to be but also had a vulnerability about her also.
I loved these two as a couple. They just seemed to have fun together and their banter was fun to read.

Worth Forgiving is the third book of Vi Keeland’s that I have read and the Final book in her MMA Fighter Series. I have been in love with this series since Book 1 Worth the Fight. I have loved each following book just as much. I mean really how can you not love a book about a MMA fighter!!! This book is about two people who are different but prove that opposites do attract. I had trouble putting it down, that’s how good it was. This book was a little bittersweet for me because I read it so fast because I wanted to know what happened, but once it ended I was sad because that means this series has come to an end. I will miss reading about these characters. Even though these book are a part of a series, they can all be read as standalones. I would recommend them being read in order, but they don’t have to be. With this being the last book of the series, I was glad to see how all 6 of the main character’s stories were wrapped up. Again, as with the first two books, the story flowed flawlessly and the storyline was amazing. The story is told in Dual POV, which I LOVE by the way. It’s always great getting in both Jax and Lily’s head.
Like I said earlier this is a story of opposites attract. We met Jax in book 2 at the end, when a secret was exposed to Vince. I knew Jax’s story was going to be interesting. In this book Jax has decided to turn his back on his family because of his father’s lifestyle (cheating on wife) I was so glad to see Jax stand up for what he thought was wrong and wasn’t going to let his father push him around no matter how much clout he had. I did feel bad for Jax when it came to his mom though, I was glad to see things turn around for them as the story went on. Lily is a new character that we met in this book. She is someone whose life has been surrounded by MMA fighters, because her father was a professional Fighter and then became a MMA gym owner with his BFF Joe. Lily tragically loses her father to a heart attack and is now partners with Joe. They are having financial issues, plus Joe wants to retire so they need an silent partner to help out…That is where Jax comes into the picture. I loved watching these two learn to trust each other and watching their relationship grow. I loved Jax’s character because he was a great mix between Alpha male, and swoony heartthrob. Lily was a likable character, but there were a couple times I wanted to smack her (especially when it came to Caden)
I really enjoyed that we got to see Nico, Liv and Vince in the book. I thought their characters played a great role in this story. I was happy to see where Ms. Keeland took the story between Jax and Vince. It is always nice when you can revisit old characters and see what they are up to later in life.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this book/series to Everyone. If you are looking for a HOT Alpha MMA Fighter, then you need to meet Jax (Book 3) Vinny (Book 2) and Nico (Book 1). These three men will have your kindles and panties melting. You won’t be sorry for picking up these books!!!!
I loved this series by Vi Keeland!!! Definitely a series I would read again!! Loved all the characters, plots, writing, etc….
