The main part of the book was good, but the last portion had way too much description of sexual activity. I prefer a clean novel. Due to the main character’s PTSD from the Civil War, he could not be touched. The heroine was trying to overcome this. I did not feel that her vivid descriptions were necessary to the story line.
Good read.
Slow start and a leave you hanging ending.
I enjoyed reading this book
This is an unusual romance. The hero and another character suffers from PTSD after the Civil War. That’s not very romantic nor is the way it manifests itself in the hero, but it was hopeful how the couple was able to deal with the problem.
