I like Debbie Reynolds, but this book was just so-so for me. Not bad, but not great.
If you were a fan or not, this is a good read.
A fun read
I really like Debbie Reynolds and lots of this book was interesting, however a great deal of it was just reading a long list of people that attended parties or dinners. I know that she knew lots of famous people and I enjoyed all the parts that gave more detail about events rather than the name dropping parts.
I enjoyed Debbie Reynold’s humor and it was interesting to read about her life.
a good peak into old time Hollywood
Not well written and not funny. I was glad when I was done with it.
I love to read biographies of an era gone by.
Lots of interesting tidbits of celebrity personality qwerks.
Debbie Reynolds has long been a favorite of mine, since Singing in the Rain and I thoroughly enjoyed her wit and her insight into life in movie land. She was obviously a favorite among other actors and actresses and her tales about their lives were very entertaining.
