Ava Beringer’s Omega In The House! Is the prequel to The Omega Mansion series. It is a contemporary MPREG romance that has heat, sweetness, humor and just a touch of angst. A fabulous fun read!
Never say never with the rules you intend to live by. Scott is restoring Heartstone Mansion and takes in room mates to share expenses and the repair work. Scott planned on forbidding fraternizing to avoid entanglements and fallout if they did not go well. Parker, just coming out of a relationship and trying to recover from devestating heartbreak. Scott notices him and feels entrigued. Reading about them walking the fine line is like watching a Cirque du Soleil performance. The guys are absolutely hysterically fun! Well done. Read the series! I’ve read 3 other stories before this one and they are all amazing! I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Nice cover art!
Parker’s starting over after his break up with his boyfriend, He moves to a mansion that the owner is turning into an apartment community. Scott is the owner of the mansion and has one rule, no dating with the other tenants. The more Scott gets to know Parker he knows he wants him. I really enjoyed this book.
Scott, owner to a sprawling, but crumbling mansion, allows people to live in his house for a low rent, as long as they pitch in with renovating his house. Alphas as well as omegas are welcome.
The latest tenant is Parker, a young omega, who just left a toxic relationship of 5 years. Attraction between him and Scott is palpable, but the number one rule in the house is not dating each other.
Still, nature cannot be denied, although insecurities and hurt feelings make the pairing difficult.
A lovely read, entertaining and well written. All characters are described quite deeply and it is clear that this prequel was written after the first books of Omega House were already written. The characters are ready to burst out of the story.

This is my first read by this author. I adore omega verse books and I wasn’t let down. This story was so good. I loved the idea of the family in the mansion, and the way they all seemed to click. Parker and Scott are so cute together, and fall for each other right from the start, but Scott’s whole no dating house rule makes thing difficult.
Book 0 is where you have a chance to meet all the mates who go on pretending they aren’t couples. Each book is best read in order.

Parker Midland – fresh off of a broken engagement, an unhappy relationship of five years, no employment prospects, and virtual homelessness. He shows up at Hearthstone Manse for afresh start and no romance on the radar. Left with the constant feeling of never being enough for anyone, his self esteem took a big hit and Parker is uncertain what he truly wants in his future.
Scott Lake – not in the market for an omega right now. he has too many responsibilities. Unhappy with his alpha moms’ choice of forcing him into the family law business, he decides to take his own path and work on his inheritance. The restoration of Hearthstone Manse has proven to be tedious and expensive. With the help of family and friends, he is certain to get things done, eventually.
The place is already booming with alphas and omegas. All of whom bring their own charm and personality to the many walls of the work in progress.
Neither man is expecting to have an undeniable attraction to the other. Parker is aspiring to be a writer but never had the encouragement to continue his true love. Scott constantly encourages him. Parker offers to care for Buddy and ends us caring for Scott as well. Both are playing the role of mates without admitting to it. Everyone in Hearthstone sees this.
As if the tension isn’t already thick, they pretend to be husbands, Scott’s moms fall in love with him, he publicly claims Parker as his own to protect him from his former alpha Brock, and they spend 72 hours together during Parker’s unexpected heat.
Leave it to Buddy’s emergency to snap Scott into reality. Leave it to misunderstanding and fear to keep them apart. Will Scott break his own rules and go after his omega, or lose his chance at happiness and a growing family?
Book 0 is where you have a chance to meet all the mates who go on pretending they aren’t couples. Each book is really best read in order. I stumbled onto book 2 by accident and have been hooked ever since.

Parker arrived at Scott’s mansion after leaving his verbally abusive ex alpha. He is amazed at how welcoming the omegas and alphas are in the mansion. He is also amazed how hot Scott is and how he has to hide his attraction and growing love. He struggles to work on his book and at hiding his feelings for his alpha.
Scott is in love with Parker, but he is the one who wrote the rules of the house. He can’t make an exception for Parker. But time and close contact and a New Years celebration and an omegas heat proves too much for him. Then his omega is gone. What will Scott do to get Parker back in his life again? You won’t be disappointed with reading this book. It will make you laugh and cry with happiness. I absolutely loved reading this book.

Parker moved in with Scott and friends when he told his boyfriend that he wasn’t going to marry him and got kicked out. Scott was redoing the mansion that he inherited and renting out the rooms that were done. Scott had a rule no dating tenants, but when he fell in love with Parker he broke it. They finally acknowledged their feelings at the New Years party. And got things worked out and Parker met the author that he was a big fan of. Loved this book!
