Surf’s Up(Book 19):
Beau: I’m used to people taking pictures of me while I surf. But the gorgeous woman from the local paper is making waves even as she stands on solid ground.
Camryn: I want to take award-winning photographs—not pictures of local surf meets. But when I see Beau through the viewfinder of my camera, it’s hard to keep my thoughts strictly professional.
Inside the Beltway (Book 20):
Maxwell: As a new Congressman, I’m adjusting to living in D.C. But things don’t start feeling like home until I meet a curvy Smithsonian intern.
Harmony: I’ve got my dream internship, and nothing’s going to stand in my way. Which means I don’t have time for romance. But when I meet a handsome congressman, all bets are off.
Good Knight (Book 21):
Austin: When my little sister drags me to a Renaissance Faire for her birthday, I don’t expect to actually save a damsel in distress. But this damsel? Totally worth it.
Dahlia: Spending a summer selling turkey legs to people in foam armor isn’t nearly as fun as it sounds. Things start looking up, though, when a gorgeous man rescues me from the advances of a foul fiend!

A surfer, a politician, and a fairy all find romance in this new box set. The stories are fast paced short reads with an alpha male and the woman who captures his attention. Mona Zaftig is once again good at her job and has me wishing she was real. Below is the original reviews for the books in the series. I voluntarily received an ARC of this book and this is my opinion.
Good Knight…Austin’s sister draga him to the Renaissance festival. They go to the beer tent first. That is where Dahlia is working as a beer wench. Something happens and Austin becomes a hero (Knight). The chemistry between the characters is off the charts. You can see the Renaissance festival in detail. You can see the scene where Austin and Dahlia first meet each other. It is a short read.
Inside the beltway….Maxwell is a single, young (38) politician who lives in DC. His friend Matt contacts the Zaftig dating agency. Matt believes Maxwell needs someone. Harmony is at the bar that Maxwell is at. The two hit it off but Harmony doesn’t call Maxwell for 2 weeks. Maxwell decides to take matters into his own hands in regards to Harmony. The characters are relatable and have chemistry. The story flows smoothly and is a short read. This is a sweet book. I voluntarily received an ARC of this book and this is my opinion.
Surf’s up….Beau is a stock broker and an amateur surfer. Camryn has been tasked with taking photos of him for a new article. Beau is instantly smitten while Camryn is not but does agree to a date. Throw in a reporter, wrong article, and an outdoor movie theater and you have the perfect wave for this s book. I voluntarily received an ARC of this book and this is my opinion.
This trio of short stories fit nicely into Janes other books. They each have heart and steam. Yum!
Loved. Them. All! They were all so good. I enjoyed them during my lunches. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book in exchange for a free copy.
I love, love, love this whole series, and Jane Fox is an automatic read for me. I have previously reviewed all of these books individually, so here they are for the boxset.
Surf’s Up: I simply adore the whole premise of this series! A matchmaker running a dating agency, specializing in referrals from friends and family, working in the background. “If I do my job right, my clients don’t even know I was involved.” Beau has been discontent for awhile. That all changes in an instant, when he meets Camryn. He’s a successful day trader, part-time so that she can follow his true passion – surfing. Camryn is the newspaper photographer, sent along with the reporter who’s at the beach to interview him. Try as she might to be professional, Camryn can’t help her feelings, and Beau is determined that’s he’s found his one. Short, sweet, and sexy, you can’t go wrong with any story in this series!
Inside the Beltway: Short and sweet, but still sexy! Maxwell is a politician we’d all like to believe is real. And Harmony is such a sweetly sincere history nerd. They are a real couple in a world of fakes. Cupid strikes again, using Mona Zaftig as his agent. Sweet and over the top, sexy and quick, you cannot go wrong with any book in this series!
Good Knight: OMG! What fun! Having been to more than one Ren Faire, I giggled my way through this story. I loved it’s quirky style, the colorful background, the eccentricities you find only at a Ren Faire. Add in the instalove set up by our favorite matchmaker, and you cannot go wrong! Mona is on point, Austin is heroic, Dahlia is sweet. This quick read is sure to bring a shot of joy to your everyday. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
You really cannot go wrong with these books! Happy reading!
I love this series. These are great short books. I obsessively read this secret matchmaker series. All 3 of these stories are well written.
Three short and sweet with a bit of steam quick reads.
Low drama, instant connection.
Yep.
Satisfying.
Recommend.
Once again Mona Zaftig performs her magic matching couples. In this collection Mona helps a congressmen, stock trader/surfer, and construction contractor all find true love. Great summer read!
These are all fun reads. They are all short stories but the endings sure satisfy my cravings for a happy ending.
Good job to the Zaftig Dating Agency.
This is an exciting set of three short stories to the Zaftig Dating Agency. The author once again brings strong characters meeting by chance .. so they think. She brings drama and steam to these entertaining inst love romances. I loved reading them all and would recommend this set.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
This is a great bundle of 3 secret matchmaker romances. They are all wonderful stories!
Surf’s Up
I liked this cute short story. It was entertaining and enjoyable with only a tiny bit of angst. The characters were likable.

The way these two met and got together was interesting. Mona needs to be real and she needs to hook me up! LOL! I liked that their date was simple and sweet but also steamy. I loved the “Princess Bride” references. Their happy ever after made me smile.
Inside the Beltway
I liked this short story a lot. It was entertaining and different. The characters were interesting. I liked that Matt was such a great friend and coworker.

This was instalove but with resistance due to the way things are in D.C. The fact that Max reached out to Harmony to make sure he could see her again was awesome. I was glad that Harmony gave Max a chance. Their relationship after that was great. I loved their happy ever after.
Good Knight
I liked this short story a lot. It made me smile almost the whole time I was reading it. The characters were great and relatable. Austin and Dahlia meet while she is a beer wench at the Renaissance Faire. Everything moves quickly from there. I love how sneaky the matchmaker is in getting these two together. I liked their happy ever after. I liked the way the story ended, but I still wish that there was an epilogue further out. This was a fun read.
I recommend reading all of these books!
These are perfect summer reads for a short trip to the pool or a quiet afternoon on the back deck. Each one has something unique about summer. They can be read separately and take about an hour, or you can conveniently download the set and read them in any order.
This is a great set of short stories. They’re all well written, with hot and hunky men who don’t have time to date, and the younger curvy women they fall in love with. There’s no cheating, and always a happy ending.
Surf’s Up – Beau is a stock trader; it provides him with a good living, and gives him time to pursue his true love – surfing. He spends all his free time at the beach, but he’s looking for someone with a little more “upstairs” than the usual bubbleheads. Camryn is a younger woman, a photographer for the local newspaper. She and Beau meet at the beach when she’s paired with a reporter doing a local interest story about him. He’s all about Camryn, completely uninterested in Mallory. What will she do to get back at him? Mona is at it again, and she really makes a good match with this couple. It’s insta-love for him, but she takes a bit more convincing before she comes around. I just love this couple together, and their story was enjoyable to read.
Inside the Beltway – Max is the new Congressman from Maine. Matt, his friend and chief of staff thinks that he works too hard and needs a partner. Harmony is a grad student with an impressive internship at the Smithsonian. Matt introduces them in a bar and then disappears, leaving them to get to know each other. This is book 20 in this series, and it’s a great addition. While they don’t have identical interests, Max and Harmony have enough in common to move forward in a relationship. And I love that this author always gives us a happy ending with a minimum of drama.
Good Knight – Austin is a contractor, so busy that he doesn’t have time to date. His sister drags him to the Ren Faire to celebrate her birthday. Dahlia has a history degree, and is working as a beer wench at the Faire for the summer. Austin rescues her from an overzealous customer, and later saves her honor when a snotty co-worker tries to get between them. This is book 21 in this series, and it’s just a terrific addition. The characters are really nice, and he is just full of good manners.
I received a review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Surf’s Up: If you’ve ever taken a photo, you find that you can see things better. Things that weren’t as clear before. Something that was right in front of you. What a fun read! Beau and Camryn really hit it off while the other woman “wipes out”. Short and sweet with a touch of drama. Beau is very romantic, which Camryn can’t help but swoon over. If you like to swoon when reading a romantic story, this one will fit the bill.
Inside the Beltway: Harmony lives up to her name in this romantic story. I mean, with nothing good in the news ever when it comes to politics, this book was so refreshing. I’m particularly happy that they chose the path of being truthful. And despite the potential for things to explode, they manage to find ways to compromise and remain happy. This is one of those series you never want to end!
Good Knight: An extremely busy man “accidentally” meets a young lady at the Renaissance Faire. If you’ve ever gone to the Faire, you know how much fun it is to dress up just like the performers!
Dahlia and Austin immediately feel a connection. Deciding to meet up, they hook up and, over time, grow in their affection for each other. Yet they don’t rush things though they do follow the path to their happily ever after.
A captivating read from beginning to end! An exciting storylines that leaves you breathless wanting more! Sexy steam filled chemistry! Emotionally heartfelt, enjoyable and fun! One heck of a twisted, intense rollercoaster ride! An amazing must read!
I loved every one of these shorts! They are three quick reads that hit the spot with a sassy women and a protective older alpha males. Expect to find cute, sweet, dreamy, and steamy in these pages. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this collection.
Surf’s Up – An enjoyable, well written, funny, steamy, and engaging book 19 in the Zaftig Dating Agency series. A solid read with drama, likeable characters, and chemistry that is instant and off the charts! Definitely recommended!
Inside the Beltway – A sweet fast pace instalove book 20 in the Zaftig Dating Agency series! The story line is well-developed, entertaining, well written, and steamy. Endearing characters; their chemistry is off the charts! Definitely recommended!
Good Knight – An interesting book 21 in the Zaftig Dating Agency series! It is well written, fast pace, witty, sweet, funny, and engaging. The characters are amazing; the attraction between them is instant. A recommended read!
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy.
A surfer, a politician and a knight all come to the rescue of their fair ladies
This collection of the Zaftig Dating Agency Surf’s Up, Inside the Beltway and Good Knight. Each book is a wonderfully mix of sweet, salty, hot and spicy and very, very naughty.
I have already read reviewed each of these books separately so you can read those if you want to. I am only going to say that I loved each one of these stories and at the end was always smiling. They are well written, entertaining and engaging with some OTT protective and possessive older men and smart, feisty, and beautiful younger women. Mona Zaftig definitely did make the perfect matches for each of these couples even if they did not realize they were even being matched.
Another collection that will not disappoint!!!
