If you like true Christian fiction, then this is a good book. There is a Gospel theme throughout the book. For me, it was a little too much drama, even though I appreciated the message.
Loved the book. A real page turner!
loved it!
This is my favorite Raney! Definitely not ho-hum. Deeply developed characters who wrestle with more than their circumstance.
Deborah Raney realistically portrayed the rippling effect our choices have on the lives of others. As I searched my own heart, I found that I could not blame Daria for her choices but, instead, found myself sympathizing with her. How easily any of us could and do make choices the same way that she did. The outcome of this story broke my heart.
Loved it
Well written
It was a great telling of an almost impossible plot – marrying another when she thinks her first husband is dead. Having him come back – loving them both – it was a very well told story!!! It makes the reader feel the whole range of emotions felt by the characters.
Awesome author!
I loved this book, by one of my favorite authors! Such a difficult situation and all the way up to the end I was wondering how it could possibly work out well. but it did.
Did not care for Cole. Too controlling and a little intense. Liked Nathan and wished it would have ended differently.
it was very good and kept your interest through out the book and one of my favorite authors
Wonderful story
Loved it!
Loved this book, even though it presented
difficult situations that were hard to make.
Showed how strong faith and following God’s leading can bring peace! I’m anxious to read book 2 in the series!
I loved the book, couldn”t put it down!
It was a great read. Enjoyed the book
It was really well-written and the characters were well developed. But if you like happy endings, don’t read this book. There is no happy ending no matter which way the plot could go. I couldn’t stand the indecision, so I stopped halfway through the book and just read the last chapter. It left me feeling sad and in turmoil.
kept me interested until the end.
Sad twists and turns, but God worked things out for good!
