The old gods made me their enemy. So I’m going to take what they love most. Their half-goddess princess. She’s eighteen.Beautiful.Brilliant.And she’s mine.
Have you read book one of “Possessive Gods” yet? If you haven’t let me give you a few details that will bring you up to date. Rael is the human woman that called for help from the old gods. Helios allowed her onto the island and eventually, Helios and Ragnor, both old gods, took Rael and they formed a triad resulting in twin girls. But at the time of their birth, Helios needed help from another god on their planet named Tanuk. A promise was made but never collected on until their eighteenth birthday. Lucy is a svelte, blonde that shines so brightly, just like her father Helios, she is loved by all immediately. Then there is Raine who is shorter and curvier than her twin and as blonde and bright as Lucy is, Raine is dark and quiet like her father Ragnor. Now Tanuk is an ancient god who is not only a powerful trickster but is capable of deep, dark, magic. There are so many mysteries that are implied and still unsolved. Loki Renard gives us adventure, drama, an emotional rollercoaster so vivid I felt a part of the entire journey and that is exactly what it is. You won’t want to miss the chemistry between Tanuk and Raine. It’s a heartbreaking and heartwarming story that will leave you breathless and wanting to know what happens to Lucy and Triton.

Tanuk and Raine’s story has a fantastic mix of humor, chemistry, conflict, adversaries, heat, action, dialogue, and desire. I loved the interaction and journey these two took to find a HEA, Ms. Renard wrote a thoroughly entertaining story!
Back to the world of Gods and demi-gods, lovable exasperating characters with all the same foibles humans possess.
What a world and what characters, great storyline!!!
More please!!!

I’ve read some of these gods novels and they all took themselves very seriously. This one doesn’t; which was refreshing. Good story and great characters. Especially Tanuk. He’s the best. Read it. You’ll like it.

Raine, a demigoddess, could not be more different from her sister, Lucy. While Lucy is light, fair, breathtakingly beautiful, the belle of every ball, and clearly her father’s daughter. Raine is darker, quieter, more brooding, clearly her father’s daughter. But she’s caught the eye of Tanuk, the not so quiet God, the trickster, who isn’t a fan of either Helios or Ragnar, the twins fathers. Tanuk made a deal with Helios and plans on collecting. The book had many twist and turns, heartbreak, and steam. The chemistry between these two is intense. Absolutely a page turner from Strat to finish, to appreciate the book, you really need to read Ours first.
I received an ARC and this is my totally honest review

Dare I say I loved this one more than the first? I did. I think one of the things that made me love it so much is that I could relate to Raine. I was the older sister, who spent my entire life being compared to my younger, happier, overachiever sister. I haven’t ever measured up to her (still don’t) and the way that affects a child is difficult to explain. So while that wasn’t the main focus of the story, and Raine gets her HEA with everyone in the end, it created an instant connection between her and I. Then there is Tanuk. He is a very like-able bad guy, who epitomized the trickster he is named after. The support and encouragement he gives Raine, while still being the “bad guy” were all of my childhood romantic ideas put into one character. He is my dream guy, which means I have a new book boyfriend.
This story isn’t really a dark read, I would call it more grey, but it is steamy, sexy, fun, and filled my soul with happiness.

This was incredible I could not put it down Tanuk the trickster is charming and with Raine their chemistry is off the charts hot they are so good together even though it was forbidden Raine has earned her place and proves her worth as she has stepped out of the shadows this demigoddess knows what she wants.
The writing and characters just grab you and your heart I fell hard for them they are my favorite so far.

Winning for sure
Tanuk finally gets his revenge and maybe a little more than he bargained for.
Raine is underestimated by all! I think she is my absolute favorite from this series.
I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Entity and the Gods next.

Completely thrilling!
This was a completely thrilling and utterly captivating story. Tanuk and Raine’s story is about independence, standing up for your beliefs and fighting for what’s right in the face of adversity. It was a wild rollercoaster ride that entertained me right to the very end.
Tanuk might be a trickster god but his love and devotion to Raine is undeniable. These two have an instant connection that spans the space of time and worlds.
There were many times in the story that I was completely frustrated and hurt for Raine. All her life she was living behind the shadow of her sister. When she finally realizes her true purpose, Raine becomes a force to be reckoned with. She is strong and fierce in her own way.
I absolutely loved this story and I can’t wait for more in this series.

The greek and norse gods are back with some twists. Half human female twins are of age and on the loose in god land.
The more serious girl gets caught up in the machinations of a trickster manipulative god. They end up on the machine tyranny that is apocalyptic earth and this is where love takes over. Quite a ride , lots of thought provoking stuff as always for this author
There’s a bit of sneak peak into which powerful god gets the other sister. Off to the ocean next in series

Sigh! I loved this book, it sucks you in and you are so invested in the story you have to just stop and read the whole book right now because you just can’t put it down! I meet Tanuk at mine and Lucy’s 18th birthday party, there is something about him that draws me to him and just makes me want to…well everything (you know), but also has me wondering what am I doing!? Together we find something I never expected, but sometimes things don’t always go as planned and the consequences change who we become.

Tanuk, the trickster god, got more than he bargained for when he stole Raine away to his island to collect on a debt owed by her fathers. Raine made him feel things that he had never felt before, namely love. He loved her and could not let her go. They escaped the second time to Earth where Raine comes to discover powers she never knew she had. This is a great story, extremely well written and entertaining. I actually liked this story better than the first one. It is full of emotions, strong characters and a well laid out story. I would highly r3commend this book as a great read.

Well, darn! I know what an excellent writer Loki Renard is, but I LOVE this story. It is pulling feelings from my heart and carefully snuggling them right into my soul.
Raine is a demigoddess, who has lived her life as her twin’s quiet sister, her father’s stoic daughter and her mother’s almost unseen child. They all love her, but no one actually knows what she is capable of. Tanuk is a mischievous, powerful, masterful god who is capable of deep, dark, mysterious impulses that demand attention. To many of the other gods, this implies danger. To Raine, it implies an interesting life, freedom and submission. He takes her and immediately comes to adore her understated beauty and her previously unseen strength.
To protect her, Tanuk takes Raine to Earth. There she must confront the horror that is called “Entity.” Raine is an unselfish, caring, generous person. While on Earth, she discovers that her destiny and her powers are to be used to care for others, even if she must “give the essence of herself” to save and protect them.
This is an exciting, interesting, deeply soul searching story that I highly recommend.
