A very gripping read that had me right from the start, it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole read. The scenes are written so well I could picture them in my mind’s eye. There are twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. This is definitely a read I recommend.

Kyle Wells was a normal teenager preparing for his senior year of high school. It was quite a shock when he was approached by a super secret government agency called The Crew, an elite fighting group of men and women tasked with protecting human life from a species of aliens called the Exall. When he was 12, Kyle had lost his grandmother who was killed by his best friend who had been turned into one of them. It didn’t take Kyle long to decided that he was meant to join the Crew and dedicate his life to protecting this world.
When mass killings and disappearances started occurring in the mid west, it became apparent that the Exall were on the move. And Kyle was directly in their cross hairs.
The second book in a series doesn’t always live up to the original. This was definitely NOT the case. I had described the first one as basis for my worst teenage nightmares. Well, this book can be described as my worst gray haired ones. I just know that somewhere in the vast recesses of Area 51 or it’s ilk, little gray beings are being studied by our scientists so we can find out how to protect ourselves…before it’s too late.
I received an ARC from the author. I leave reviews because I enjoy letting others know when something is this good!
This is a great story. I have read all of the books from Andre. I think he is a fantastic writer and this book does not fail to live up to that expectation. The writing is spectacular, the characters are well described. It is an action packed thriller that entranced from from the first page. You will not be disappointed in this story.
I received an ARC for an objective review.
No spoilers in my review, this is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi, and I didn’t think ANY sci-fi was for me until I came across this author. Although this book picks up where the first book left off, I hadn’t read the first book and had no trouble picking up and following along in this book! (But I am going to go back and read the first one). This was a real page-turner and I DID have trouble finding a place to stop reading so I could get other things done. Plenty of action as you learn about the main characters, their relationships to each other, and the integral parts they play in this well written attention-grabbing story. Unpredictable, twists and turns, certainly a nail biter! I received an ARC of this book and this is my honest evaluation! Get it now. I did!
