“All I lived for was revenge. Until her.”Miranda: I’m on a strange planet surrounded by blue aliens and women who clearly have Stockholm Syndrome. I’m not content to pump out alien babies and have dinner cooking for my guy after he returns from a long day of hunting and gathering. Independence is great until my solitary exploration leads me right into the hands of a savage, … of a savage, horned alien who barely speaks but has no intention of letting me go. The worst part? His survival skills are actually kinda turning me on.
Drak: After I’m exiled, the only thing on my mind is revenge. Other than that, I’m merely existing as a beast and a shadow of the warrior I once was. Until I see a human female struggling for her life. I save her, but then I find I can’t let her go. For the first time, I’m not thinking of revenge, I’m focused on providing for her, feeding her, and keeping her safe. But the one responsible for exiling me isn’t done with his betrayal. This time, I’m fighting harder to reclaim my place… and my female.
The Alien’s Revenge is a full-length Sci-Fi Romance novel featuring an independent, fiery heroine and a tortured, possessive hero with savage fighting skills.

This book was mega good! Again I have my peeves! Lots of things were cleared up though. I think the clavas are way too lenient on those that are banished. Like seriously learn from your mistakes people. If someone can betray you just kill them and out of sight out of mind. But that’s just simple ole desert Lumens. I think it would have been better if she was portrayed as a prosecutor instead of a defense attorney because yeah… who wants to defend guilty POS’s. I still don’t like how Frankie has become super weak and spineless. Really looking forward to the other girls books. We caught a glimpse into naomi’s battle and that girl is determined! I can’t wait to see who Justine pairs up with. We know now who tabby is interested in. I’m thinking Justine and Nero or maybe even Hap. This book touched on a lot of touchy subjects. I suffer from PTSD and Drak’s battles had me in tears… there was a moment when he said something to Miranda that had the water works going. I won’t spoil it but it wrecked me pretty good. It’s a daily struggle and I’m doing it alone. Wishing I too had my bloom next to me to help me through the smoke and ash. This was a special book and I can’t wait to see where the author takes this story. We found out more of the Uldani treachery and more background into Rex and other Drix males. This can truly be a masterpiece if the author keeps this great series going. Ella, sister keep it up. Don’t let us down!
“Everything she touched seemed to sparkle. Around her, colors were brighter. The sun was warmer. I felt less like a savage.”
One thing I thought about while reading this fourth installment in the Drixionian Warriors series is that there is something quite cute about falling in love without speaking. In a way, it’s all about feeling and really seeing without the complication of words. Of course there is the language barrier between Drixonian and humans, but our Warrior in this one has his own troubles with communicating.
Drak was once a respected member of the Knight Kings Clavas, before he was betrayed and cast out. Now he has amnesia about his life before his exile, suffers from PTSD, and struggles to speak. When Miranda gets lost and then captured, Drak is there to save her. Then the loks appear, revealing that they are each other’s fated mates.
I liked that although Miranda never wanted a mate, she didn’t try to resist the connection between them. She saw the brokenness in Drak, and she wanted to bring happiness to him again. Miranda and Drak were a sweet pair and a great addition to the lovely mated couples in the clavas thus far. The friendships in this series is also something to be admired.
I loved the theme in this one! Strong female lead character Miranda gets injured and needs a rescue. Drak is fierce and hot while being caring and sweet to Miranda. Can an exiled warrior find his way back into the Night Kings again? This story involves betrayal and forgiveness. Perfect addition to this series! 4.5 stars!
Oh lord, Drak captured my heart before he ever said a word.

I will be honest, I was a little disappointed when I realized Gar’s book wouldn’t be next. I was unsure about going into this book because I really hadn’t connected with Drak. I mean we have only seen him briefly. I was worried I wouldn’t connect to the story… Well folks, mark the date and time because I was wrong. This book totally worked and it was another perfect Drixonian match!
Miranda has been a mother to the earth girls and now little sister to Gar. She was a lawyer on earth and had been responsible for taking care of her younger siblings, so she naturally became someone the women look up to. She’s independent and wants to contribute to the clavas, but she’s hiding one tiny little thing….that may cause her problems down the road.
The story starts with Miranda talking Gar into teaching her how to track and hunt, and Gar invites another Drixonian along to provide assistance. Next thing you know, Miranda is off track and separated from the Drixonians and under attack…this is where we meet Heart/Drak.
Oh, Drak. You poor, lost soul. Drak has been hurt, he has been betrayed, and he has lost himself. He is almost feral, but he comes to Miranda’s rescue swooping down like Tarzan from the trees. As a matter of fact, he is a lot like Tarzan, lost and alone, not sure what do do with the earth woman he just rescued.
Miranda is somehow able to reach him, and slowly the Drixonian that Drak used to be starts coming back to the surface. Drak’s story is a sad one, and it made me angry how much he was hurt, but Miranda was the seed he needed to bloom. As she heals from her injuries they become close, but what will happen when they are attacked again. Will Drak put Miranda first and risk himself? Will he figure out who he is as the fog starts to lift?
This book was wonderful and suspenseful and a great read. I have enjoyed this different take on Alien Romance. I mean come on… an entire race that believes “She is All”… yes please! I am really enjoying this series and cannot wait for Gar’s book! So yes, I am going to keep reading and yes, I do recommend!
