Betrayed. Kidnapped. Imprisoned.I always believed my life to be simple—uncomplicated. But now, it’s become more complicated than I ever would have thought possible. Taken hostage by Orion’s elder brother, I come face to face with the most dangerous fate I’ve ever known. Tyr’s betrayal is dangerous not just to me, but to all of Faekind.A wicked plan. A King blinded by hate. A girl with a secret in … hate. A girl with a secret in her blood.
There are liars and deceivers all around, and if I want to survive to see the end of this Gods-forsaken war, I’m going to have to draw power from the three people who’ve trusted and protected me for the last few months. There has been enough of this senseless death and bloodshed.
If we have any chance of survival, then we’ll need to look for the path of redemption even if it comes from the most unlikely of sources.

Court of midnight was a great ending to the twisted fae series! We get to see the great transformation Cress goes through completed! She becomes the fae she was meant to with her sexy fae princes at her side! Steamy scenes including one I was WAITING for – makes this a worthwhile read!
A Powerful Ending To A Powerful Series
This series couldn’t have ended any better than with the finale that Court of Midnight brought us. Not only was this story powerful, but so was this entire series. Court of Midnight brings you on a wild ride as soon as you begin the book. Starting right where Court of Frost left off, were pulled into a magical realm of feelings with near loss, action brought on by saving the ones they love and lost and war, and acceptance with who you are and how fighting it wont change what’s destined for you. The story shares life lessons that not only fit in their world, but fits in ours today.
I love how after everything that was thrown at these characters, they never strayed from who they are. They never let what was thrown at them, weaken them. With Cress on the line, the boys didn’t care what would happen to them, so long as they got to Cress and saved her, nothing else mattered. This story is about determination, and you see that right then and there the moment they lose Cress. We see it again when Cress doesn’t feel she’s worthy enough for her magic, with Sorrell being that constant reassurance, and the huge conflict with Tyr and the King. Not once did any of them back down at.
This story, and the even series, is all about destiny. Cress finding the castle. Cress feeling at home with Roan, Orion, and Sorrell. And even Nellie, without spoiling too much of the story, her involvement with all of them and Amnestia. It was as if the Gods destined each and every one of them for that fateful moment.
And speaking of Gods, Helen and Lucinda, are the Gods for this very series right here. The Twisted Fae series was beautifully written, every moment of humor, sadness, the feel of happiness, and bringing us to the edge of our seat, was written effortlessly and put in at just the right moment every time. This is a series that is definitely worth the read and that’s none like it.
arc exchanged for an honest review
So much happens in this final book of the trilogy. I loved that it started right where book 2 left off. Cress finds herself in a cell inside the castle. Her only hope of escaping is to figure out her magic or hope the guys get to her in time. We also get to see some of the side characters come into their own. I highly recommend this book.

A five star finale to a wonderful series. Cress starts out held captive by Orion’s brother Tyr and the human king, but she knows her princes will come. Cress and her men unite the other courts to take on Tyr and the ending is satisfying in every way, including surprising twists. I received an advance copy of this book and voluntarily left a review.
Wow what an ending to a great series. It’s written by 2 authors and you can’t tell when one starts to write and other ends. It has a fantastic plotline that just draws you in. From the very first page it’s full of action, mystery, suspense, betrayal and full of twists and turns that will have you on the edge of your seat. I love cress, who is a witty, strong female, who knows what she has to do. I love that roan stood up to his mum. Sorrell shocked me with his feelings towards cress when she went missing and Orion; well I just want to hug him and tell him don’t blame yourself (he’s my favourite). This is a fantastic series and one I could not put it down.
Wow this was so good!!! But I already know that this book wasn’t going to disappoint. It started off with a “BAM” jammed packed with action, suspense, drama, mystery, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end. I was on edge throughout most of the book and I experienced lots of different emotions. Sad that series is over but what a ending so worth a one click trust me you won’t regret it. I received a free copy via Booksprout as always my review are totally voluntarily no monetary compensation was received and the opinions I have expressed are my own.
I loved the final book in this trilogy and would love to see more set in this world. Cress rolls through this book like the steamroller she is. She is sympathetic but also kicks butt when she needs to. All of the characters were well rounded and bring their own flair to the book.

Cress and her guys finally all get on the same page. There is action, drama and sexy times, I don’t want to give too many details! A great end to a fantastic series! I love these characters and I didn’t want it to end.

This is an OMG! I love it story. It is a story that draws you in and doesn’t let go. Cress and the guys go through so much in this part of the series. It is completely jammed packed with action, suspense, drama, mystery, and some very heated scenes. The story is emotional and surprising at times. The ending is perfect and you wish that there was more. Helen Scott and Lucinda Dark together make such a magnificent team. The writing is flawless and the flow of the story is superb. You are unable to tell who wrote which part as it is so beautifully written. This is a series that is a must read. The 3rd and final book in the series is absolutely stunning. I would love to read more of these two magnificent writers.

After the ending of Court of Frost, I was beyond ready to jump into Court of Midnight. The final book in this Fae story was the perfect mix of action, steam, and heartwarming moments. I love Cress and her Princes (Nellie too). There were a couple twists that completely blew me away! This was a good end. All that I could hope for.
