I thought that everything about this book was great! Kitty has finally found the courage to make a run for it away from the abusive man she had been forced to marry three years ago and sees an unfamiliar truck driving through the small town area and jumps out in front of it. Ryker has hit the open roads trying to make sense and find his way in this life he was now in and when Kitty makes her desperate bid for escape he feels that he just has to help her. There is an instant attraction between the two of them and the story escalates from there on out. This was another compelling and engrossing book in the series that I read from cover to cover, needing to find out what was going to happen next and how it was all going to end. Ryker and Kitty were pure heat together and I was so glad that they were able to be what each other had been needing without even realizing it!

This is my first time reading this author and I enjoyed this book. The plot is an interesting one and the characters are well written with great chemistry. Plenty of drama and steam in this fairly short read.

Highway to Hell is Ryker’s story and is book 3 of the Bowker Street, Hell Bent Series. This book can be read as a standalone but is much more enjoyable read in series order.
