Mackenzie is falling for the wrong man. Dane is completely off-limits and now someone she should be thinking about, but she can’t keep her mind off him. After running out on him after a one-night stand, she hoped she could avoid him for the foreseeable future, but fate has other ideas. When she’s sent to his clubhouse for her own protection, she’s put front and centre in his world and has no … choice but to face up to her feelings for the man.
As Vice President of the Devil’s Dogs, Dane knows dating another club princess is a huge no-no. He never expected to fall for Mackenzie, but now he’s tasted her he’s not willing to let her go. When outside forces threaten her club and family, he does the only thing he can to save her–stands at her side, putting him at odds with his own National Chapter.
With danger looming on the horizon as the war heats up can they overcome all the obstacles in their way it won’t be an easy journey, but Mackenzie and Dane are sure of one thing. They’re not doing this without each other.

What an ending to a series! Amazing! Filled with action, surprises (not all good), and what you came to expect with a Lost Saxon book- LOVE!
Dane and Kenzie are just a couple that was meant to be but it of course isn’t easy and not just because of the Reapers!
The final scenes wrap it up in a nice little bow and make you tear up a little – both with happy and bittersweet tears!
Although I will always recommend The Lost Saxons series, the end to Lost Saxons fell a little short for me.
I wanted to love Mackenzie and Dane’s story as much as I loved Beth and Logan and Liv and Dean, but it felt a little rushed and a lot instalove for me.
I though after the last three books had paid so much attention to Lucas lazy, shiftless behavior that he would have more character development rather than what happened between him and Lola.
I did really enjoy Dane’s feelings for Mackenzie and that he never wavered, even though he knew that was probably going to cause some pain. I was glad to see a happier ending than I though would be possible for all four Harlow brothers, and I do hope we’ll see the Lost Saxons show up in some of Jessica Ames upcoming Manchester MC novels.
I absolutely love this MC series and I hate to say goodbye to such get group of characters. Mackenzie and Dane’s story is well written once I started I couldn’t put it down, it was unpredictable with twists and turns. I would recommend this whole series; I am looking forward new books from this great author.
Wow, just wow!! Just give me a minute whilst I just breathe it in! Take it all in people, this is the concluding book in The Saxons MC series! Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed, well you may be because, well its the last book! However you will not be disappointed with the quality of writing this author brings to every book she writes and you will not be disappointed with the way this book makes you feel!
I highly recommend that you read the previous books in this series before you read this one to, A: get the full experience of this MC, each one tends to lead off the previous one and B: because it’s a bloody good series!
This is McKenzie’s story and my heart!! I am not sure if I got to the end with it fully intact and my anxiety levels were through the roof! All signs of a fantastic read! I have been fully invested in this family since book one and when I say I felt everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!
Loyalties will be tested, lives maybe lost, who will be left standing when the dust settles?
Absolutely, fantastic end to an amazing series!!
This book is Mackenzie and Dane’s story. She is awesome! He’s a hot guy, VP from another MC. They’ve known each other for many years, but haven’t really been together openly. A situation with a rival club makes them go into lockdown and to get help from another club. This brings beautiful Mackenzie into Dane’s territory. They get together and many issues come due to it. At the same tome, chaos is descending upon them. She gets caught up in it, only to end up with her man and a HEA.
I feel sad that the series ended. I like them as a big family. At the same time, it was awesome to finally get to read Mackenzie’s story and witnessing her getting her HEA. Thank you Jessica! And please, keep on writing.
