Fates mates. Shifter romance. Fiona Davenport. Need I say more? This book had me hooked just hearing about it and the story did not let me down. Zeke & Allegra were written so well and I loved that we got the safe fated mates romance that is a personal favorite of mine to read. I’m ready to read the next book immediately. I’d give it ten out of ten stars!!!
Sappy & Sweet
Talk about romance in the air! It’s so sweet, I almost got a cavity. Really cute, insta-love, and HEA. Onto to the next! #HappyReading
Quick read. Enjoyed the story and characters.
After Thanksgiving break, heading back to school is a welcome break for Allegra Hale. She may love her parents, but they take helicopter parenting to a new level. Going off to college with her two best friends was her way to finally gain a little bit of freedom and independence.
However, things in Allegra’s life take an interesting turn when she’s in an vehicle accident.
Zeke Blakesley may be the beta and sheriff of the packs small town, but he finally ready for a night to himself. But duty calls and he’s got to take care of pack business in the small college town. The minute he steps in front of the diner he gets a whiff of something that has his wolf standing up and taking attention of his surroundings.
When he rescues his mate he’s determined to keep her at all costs. But first he just has to explain the little bit of him changing forms and the wolf that lives within him. Will she be able to accept Zeke for all that he is?
Allegra and Zeke were a cute couple.
For her moving into and with Zeke to start right away on their lives was easy since all she ever wanted to do was be a wife and mom. Going to school was never something she was serious about, it just gave her the opportunity to spread her wings without her mother’s eagle eye constantly watching.
When Fiona Davenport writes a shifter book…Sign. Me. Up. Loved it. Zeke is the Sheriff of the shifter town and Beta of his wolf pack. He’s sent to do an errand for his Alpha, when he smells his mate. He pulls her from the vehicle, that has just been in a car accident. She’s fine, she’s fine, but he takes her home with him, and that’s pretty much where she stays.
Loved this insta-love. This was a safe read, I mean like extra safe, both virgins. I know, I know, hot damn a virgin wolf shifter. And one thing I loved about this world is that a wolf shifter can only get “excited” for his mate. I know, right, loved it. Baby batter, epilogues and an hea. Next book please, and no, I don’t think it’s too soon to ask.
I enjoyed this so much because not only is it short, it has the insta-love, unable to prevent myself from taking my mate, theme. Zeke and Allegra meet when he rescues her from a car wreck and sparks fly. He wastes no time and in a way, it’s kind of funny. She doesn’t seem to think it’s weird because she also feels that pull. I love that there is no drama or drawn out separation and just straight up love and sexiness.
I was super blessed to receive an ARC copy of this book because Fiona know’s I will give an honest opinion of the story.
I love the writing duo’s that is Fiona Davenport, because they get you invested into every character with such ease, and you are always going to be satisfied with their Insta-love/Happily Ever After storylines. And this one is no different.
They’ve ventured into the Shifter World this time and it’s my favorite genre of books.
This book will not disappoint. I love the storyline between Zeke and Allegra. The dynamic between the two characters is pure and unforced, making it that much more delightful to not want to put my phone down as I read. Not to mention the sneak peak at the next storyline has my mouth watering for the next books release already. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the series will play out.

My review :
When a shifter meets his fated mate …
While this new series is a classic Fiona Davenport tale its lot of with virgins and alpha males, the shifters thing works even better with the caveman instincts of the Davenport’s hero.
I had second thoughts before reading this novella, as my previous read by the duet was disappointing, disparaging people because of their clothings or appearance, I hate bullies.
Here, nothing like that, it is the BIM BAM BOOM I expect from their stories, a quick read with only how the heroes meet and come together to think about.
A perfect read out of the ambiant stress for a relaxing moment.
And it was that, a very short tale with a sweet side.
4.5 stars
On a special note, I love the little red riding hood cover.

This was a sweet shifter read about Allegra and Zeke. This was instalove and so instahot. Once Zeke scented his mate, Allegra, he knew he had to claim her and keep her safe. I couldn’t stop reading until I finished this beautiful, wonderful, swoony love story. Loved the beginning to this awesome new series. I can’t wait for the next one by Fiona Davenport.
Shifters! Great start to a new series? Zeke is the sheriff of a small town and meets Allegra, his fated mate, after she’s in an accident. Completely safe, fated mates, double virgins. Super sweet and steamy. HEA. Excited for the next one!
I loved Her Wolf. It’s a short quick read. Allegra is sweet college student. Zeke is a wolf shifter and a beta. He doesn’t think he’ll find his mate but he ends up catching of whiff of her is the least expected place. They have an instant connection and there story is sweet. I was hooked from beginning to end. I so hope that we get both of Allegra’s friends stories too.
OMG! Fiona Davenport released a shifter book! One more time for the people in the back!
FIONADAVENPORTFINALLYRELEASEDASHIFTERBOOK! THAT IS ALL!
The ladies of Fiona Davenport have given me life with Her Wolf! I feel like this is been years in the making! I have always wanted Fiona Davenport to bring their special brand of romance and babymaking to the shifter genre and Her Wolf does not disappoint. We have wolf shifters (my fave!), fated mates, dual virgins, lots of sexy times, babies, HEA’s and the promise of more shifter stories!
Zeke and Allegra’s story was fast paced but full of great emotions. I enjoyed Zeke and his overprotective ways. This was a great one evening read that will show you your one person you are meant to be with is out there just waiting to be found.
What a fantastic book! One of my new favorite shifter books! It was the perfect short read and I can’t count how many times I said Aww while reading. Allegra was such a fun character and Zeke was so obsessed with his mate it was adorable. I loved how Allegra didn’t try to fight their connection like some shifter books have and was very go with the flow while still holding her own. And Zeke was so funny he didn’t waste a moment making sure Allegra knew she was his mate. Such a great short read and if you love shifters and romance this book is for you! I am anxiously awaiting the new few books in this series!
This book was really great and I couldn’t wait to read it. It was a really interesting read and I hope you make more of these books

Shifter insta-love, and it’s so cute. This little romance sets the basis for a new series where a bunch of friends in college meet their wolf mates.
Allegra is having a taste of freedom from motherly love for the first time, and fate has a life-changing encounter in store for her. I liked that scenario with friends and fun before the exciting moment that Allegra and Zeke meet. It’s chivalrous and shows the wolf shifter as a strong, concerned hero who finally finds his mate.
A sweet dialogue and much passion later, the swift couple deals with friends, an alpha, and a family of their own in a funny epilogue that made me smile. I like this new path from this duo of authors.
Zeke is a shifter in Timber Ridge. He’s also the sheriff
Allegra is a college student in Stewart. Two towns over from Timber Ridge.
Zeke is sent to Stewart by his alpha for people messing up their orders. When he passes a diner he gets the scent of his mate. He immediately knows something is off only to find Allegra’s rideshare has been in an accident.
Will Allegra accept him? Will she accept the wolf of him?
This is a shifter romance. Full of dominance, smut, and good laugh out loud moments.
