A fresh start can sweep an unpleasant past away. Unless the past refuses to be forgotten… life for himself.
Meredith Young has put her heart into her job as the local doctor in Sagebrush. She’s sacrificed her happiness long enough and now it’s time to start thinking about a husband. And maybe some kids. Time moves slowly in Sagebrush, Texas, and even slower over at the Blessed Ridge Ranch. Too slow for Meredith to wait for what she really wants.
Sensing that the moment is finally right, Garret pours his heart out to her. To his surprise, Meredith has chosen someone else over him. Normally stoic, he grapples with anger and betrayal as he faces the prospect of losing her.
Garrett’s reaction initially puts her on the defensive, and Meredith keeps looking for ways to justify her choice to move away with her new love. As it gets harder to ignore the signs that her destiny might lie back in Sagebrush, she struggles with how to go back in time… or if that’s even possible.
After so much water has rushed under the bridge, can the two who are meant to be together make a new start?

This is the last book in an amazing series of the Thatcher Brothers. My heartbreaks for Garrett when he finally gets the courage to talk to the town doctor, he finds out he is to late, or is it?
This book does a great job keeping you engrossed in the story, and wraps up all the brothers story as well.

This was the fourth book in the series Brothers Thatcher Rancher, where the oldest brother, Garrett finally decided to declare his intentions for the town doctor. When he gets around to telling her how he feels, she tell him just before she came to his house that she got engaged to another man that no one in town cares for. The disagreements are on between Garrett and Meredith. They have always been the best of friends with a fabulous chemistry and Garrett thought they wanted the same thing. He just waited to long. Her fiancee thinks he was better than anyone else in Sagebrush, and he gets controlling Meredith. You really need to read this page turner to see how this goes as she leaves and goes to Austin with the fiancee for a while. You will enjoy the many twist and turns to a HEA.

We finally get to read Garrett’s story! He has always put his family first, and now he gets to focus on his own happiness. We know from the previous books that he carries a torch for Dr. Meredith. Only it seems she doesn’t return the sentiment, since she is still engaged to the jerk who doesn’t treat her right. Ms. Murdock has given us another beautiful story filled with emotion and love. The storyline was engaging and the characters endearing. You can’t help but fall in love with them and root for their happy ending. I love the small town feeling of the books, too. I’m sad to see the series end, it has been a great one to follow. I’m looking forward to whatever Ms. Murdock has in store for us next!

Uugghh Meredith was such a lying biddy. I’ve liked her in all the books until this one. What she did was Soo rude! The Thatcher family definitely has a forgiving heart. This was a WONDERFUL series n I HIGHLY recommend reading! Gets in your feelings
I received this an an ARC and this is my honest and voluntary review.
I had a great time reading this book. The characters are well developed and engaging with undeniable chemistry between them which made for a great storyline that kept me entertained throughout the pages.

Garrett and Meredith are having a hard time in Life in General and with each other – I wasn’t sure that they would ever find their HEA as the road was a rough one!

Garrett has had feelings for Dr. Meredith for a while and was waiting for the right time to express his feelings but before he could she announces that she is engaged to Dr. Neil who is a conceited jerk. He tried to warn her about him but she gets mad at him and they lose their friendship. When she moves to the big city with Dr. Neil she thought she would be happy but after six months she is not happy. This is about second chances and not waiting too long to go after the love of your life.
Garrett waited too long to tell Dr. Meredith that he had romantic feelings for her and she became engaged to someone else. Meredith complained that she didn’t like that Garrett was angry when he punched her fiance after he insulted his family, but Dr. Neil Weston was angry and insulting throughout the book. She couldn’t see how controlling, haughty, and unprofessional he was. It added to the drama of the book, but like the rest of Garrett’s family I became fed up by all her excuses for her finance’s behavior. There isn’t any sex in the book, but she does live with him. The last few chapters and epilogue wrap up the stories in this series.
Book four in the The Brothers of Thatcher Ranch series a well written second chance story that held my interest until the end. This is Cowboy Garrett Thatcher and Doctor Meredith Young’s story of two people that almost lose each other because they will not talk to each other. I enjoyed seeing this story come together. It’s the second chance romance, I always said that communication is the key. To everything.
This two was definitely example of it.
The book was very enjoyable and entertaining.
I need to read other books, meet the family.

Now it is Garrett’s turn but…
Garrett thought he had all the time he needed after all family comes first and things are good now, but he just may have lost something very important and he does not take it well at all. Meredith wants a home and family and she knows it now time to reach out for that. The road for these two is not smooth but it was a pleasure to read. The series about Garrett, Logan, Chance, and Chase has been a splendid way to spend some time reading. This book along with the series was engaging and I highly recommend the whole series and this book. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
I absolutely loved this book and was honored to have been able to read and review. It was such a phenomenal read and had amazing characters as well as an amazing story line. I just could not get enough of it and once I started reading it I could not put it down. I recommend that you read it.

I have to admit this book is bittersweet. I have enjoyed the Thatcher boys and am sad to see it end. April Murdock always has humor, great characters and an interesting story line. As the oldest brother Garrett has always felt responsible for the others especially after the death of their father. I love his sense of responsibility and love for his brother. His courtship of Meredith is not the smoothest in the world and he almost overthinks the situation. Another book that made me glad I live alone so my yelling at Garrett and Meredith didn’t bother anyone else (I might have a few issues with stupidity).
Great cowboy romance! I would recommend this book. Meredith wants a family but she’s sacrificed a lot and now it’s time to make it a reality. What she doesn’t realize is that Garrett has always had a torch for her. Can they get past everything in order to be together?

ONE OUTSTANDING ADVENTURE!!!
Hatching hellhounds! April displays this skillfully composed bombshell, laying out one enchanting storyline and enticing plot, wrapping this baby up sleek, shiny and tight. Shenanigans, escapades and mayhem rule the roost displaying the drama, turmoil, intrigue, electrifying suspense and intense situations, along with a double dose of moxie, you have one intoxicating masterpiece. Crazy mishaps and surprising happenstance swirl with the taxing trials and challenging tribulations, spinning alongside the steaming twists and wicked turns, putting our characters through their paces, testing them in ways they could have never imagined. Braided, bound and entangled, showcasing the explosive ups and agonizing downs, grounding in it’s strength and awe-inspiring in it’s depth. The attraction and chemistry sizzles from the pages and suck you in so deeply until you feel the heat and electricity thrumming through your veins. The characters, banter, dialogue, interactions and charged atmosphere along with relatable qualities and individual traits, blend and flow, transforming into genuine relatable personalities. The scenes are so vividly detailed and descriptive it gives the illusion you were right there in the middle of ground zero with them. Amazing job April, thanks for sharing this little treasure with us.
This is the forth book in this series by April Murdock and we finally get to read the oldest Thatcher boy’s love story. From the previous books you knew he really like Dr. Meredith but for some reason just wasn’t willing to tell her how he felt. There were times that I was frustrated with the characters like why did Meredith stay engaged to a guy that was such a jerk instead of being with a guy that would treat her like she should be treated. Also why didn’t Garrett try harder to win Meredith?! Everything works out in the end and I think it shows a good book when you are invested in the characters actions. I enjoyed reading this series and I love how all of the boys found love even through the bumps in the road.
