An adorable book with three fabulous guys who accept each other exactly how they are.
Sweet and hot – just the way I like an easy read.
Another brilliant read from MA! He wants both but never thought he could have have dreams until he can! I adored Destin and his openess and his desire to achieve his dreams! And I wanna hug Ray and Avery for just being them and loving Destin!
Where do I start? This book had me in tears with laughter. I loved Destin and his naivete and boundless energy. As for Ray and Avery who wouldn’t love them? Great continuation of this series.
I loved Destin right away..
He’s fun, curious and adorable in his cluelessness about dating and relationships..
Ray is a sexy mechanic and Avery is a hunky cop. Both have caught the eye of Destin.
“Leon says sometimes couples aren’t couples but three people. That’s a thing. I saw it online. I don’t know how to get it though.”
The dynamic between these three men was entertaining right from the start.
Destin and his antics had me smiling the whole way through the book.
“You have to stop letting him play you.”
Avery didn’t seem to take offense. He huffed a teasing smile. “Why? He likes manipulating me and I like seeing him happy and then you get to spank him for being a brat, so we all get what we want.” LOL
“But since opening my mouth just seemed to lead to more talking and less kissing, I just sat there quietly and tried to look well behaved. It was harder than they probably realized.”
Then things begin to heat up..
“It was so hot I was going to explode.
Was Ray really going to make love to Avery? I’d have sold Leon to the circus to make that happen tonight.”
I enjoyed watching the relationship between Avery and Ray grow and develop. It was fun to watch them work out how they fit together.
“Stop teasing and fuck me.”
I snorted, trying not to laugh. “I’m going to make love to you, asshole. Don’t ruin my moment.”
A sweet, sexy and fun story of three men fitting together perfectly and how they came to figure it out.
Another favourite!!
Highly recommend.
This was a great addition to a fun series. Ray, who we met earlier in the series, is the mechanic this time around. We’ve also met Detective Avery, the cop who acts as a liaison of sorts between the police department and the local BDSM crowd, in the Loving series. I’ve been anxiously awaiting Avery’s story.
Destin is a new character. He has left the religious community that kept him sheltered from the world, and he’s happily absorbing all he can about pop culture, life as a gay man, and the different aspects of BDSM. When he meets Ray and Avery on the same day, he’s attracted to both dominant men, but it takes a while before he learns that polyamory isn’t just a porn plot. When the three men get together, wow! It’s very sexy, sweet, and funny.
I love these men and enjoyed the scenes between the three of them, as well as the scenes with Ray and Avery strengthening their bond together. I would love a follow-up story that shows more of Destin’s time with each man, as well as the trio’s exploration of more of Destin’s fantasies.
I love this series, and I feel like this addition fits right in. All the cameos of other characters I enjoy (from various series) is a wonderful bonus. I appreciate all the time spent in this open-minded college town, and I look forward to my next visit!
She’s done it again!!
Three amazing guys and one powerful relationship. That’s what we get here. The way they come to be has got to be one of my favorite journeys that M. A. Innes has ever written. And I think there is more to tell. There’s things I want to ask and a couple nuggets I want to examine in here but I’m exercising restraint. I swear besides the author I don’t think anyone else loves all of her characters as much as me and these guys are right in there too. Destin is such a cutie pie and Ray is a true delight. I’ve been wanting Avery’s story since he was there for Jeremy and Kevin. I’m so glad the teasing is over. But now it’s the teasing from here that’s going to drive me crazy. Regardless of the relationship dynamic or a character’s personal struggle this author can not only write a great read but gives us characters to love for life.
