An enticing savior, an old love, and one deranged alien hell-bent on destroying it all.
The seemingly endless war with the Grutex has caused many inconveniences for Amanda, but none of those have been as bad as losing the funding for the project she is working on that is supposed to help save humanity. When she foolishly risks her life to continue her research, Amanda is thrown into the … foolishly risks her life to continue her research, Amanda is thrown into the path of an alien, the likes of which she has never seen who claims she is his mate. The problem is, he isn’t the only one making that claim.
As an ambassador for his people, Oshen is used to handling delicate situations, but he has never been in one quite so delicate as this. Instead of enlightening Earth’s government about the existence of Galactic Law and their right to seek aid, he finds himself face to face with the one being he’s waited his whole life to find; his mate. But the little human is in trouble and he needs to convince her to leave Earth or he risks losing the most important thing he has ever had.
Damned. Cursed. Gulzar has been called many things over the course of his life. Many in his tribe refuse to even look at him and who could blame them? The only light in his life has been his little goddess, the only being in the entire world who looks at him without judgment. When he gets a vision of her in distress, Gulzar knows he will do anything he can for the female he loves.
This is an MMF romance that may contain any and all triggers. There are dark tones throughout the book. If you have triggers this may not be the novel for you. We understand if that is the case and hope that you find what you are looking for! **PREVIOUSLY IN FROM THE DEPTHS ANTHOLOGY it has since been expanded, edited, and changed. **

I thoroughly enjoyed this world! The characters were wonderful. I felt I was living the story.
So deeply touched by Amanda and Oshen’s handling of Gulzar. I don’t want to say too much, but that was my favorite scene in the book…and it was a wonderful story!
Let’s just say that I couldn’t put this book down! I was up past 3 am reading it! Octavia Kore crafted a very cool story about 3 people (beings/aliens, whatever) that were so completely different. Although Amanda has been seeing Zar in her dreams since a child, she is in for a big awakening when he saves her life after she crash lands on an alien planet. Amanda also meets Oshen when he saves her life on earth. So this book is mmf or mfm, not the point. If you love sci-fi romance like I do, you don’t want to miss reading this book! It was exceptional! 5 stars
For full disclosure, I BETA read this story. First, I loved the characters. Gulzar is not what I was expecting. I thought he was going be an angry Alpha male, He is SO not that. As a result of being an outcast in his tribe, he feels ”less than”. It was a nice change from the typical alpha male. I liked Oshen also but he was more unassuming. He knew Amanda was the one for him and he is the male you know will have your back. I was a little nervous at first about Amanda. I was afraid she was going to be one of these FMCs who know everything or are TSTL. Happily, I was wrong. There were a couple of instances where I wasn’t sure if her actions were believable. For instance, she pretty rapidly goes from “I’m not sure about this guy” to “I’m going to be with him.” However, many sci-fi romances that have an element of fated mates do this so I was fine with it. I also loved the secondary characters. There are not many books where you get some of their viewpoints. This may bother some people, but it worked for me. It was like being at a play and getting input from other characters. I was also unsure about the whole alien stalker element. Without revealing too much, I ended up loving it and will say read the epilogues!!! I laughed out loud in many places. Let me just say Hades is the quintessential cat. The world building on Venora is also very well-done. Note: These are alien looking aliens which I LOVE. This is MMF and has interaction between the males. If this is not your thing, you might not want to read it. I thought all the sex scenes were hot and well-done. I have seen a review where they said there was a sexual assault. I would not agree with this. There is a scene where the h was attacked by the antagonist but I feel it did not get to the level of sexual assault. It certainly is implied that that is what would have happened if the h had not been saved .Because I read so many books, it is really difficult for me to be surprised with plot elements but there were at least a couple of instances where I did not see something coming. I will definitely be reading the next books in this series.
I really enjoyed this book. I found the heroine to be sweet, likeable, perhaps a bit naïve at times but that just made her seem more real to me. I enjoy having a fallible heroine that is relatable and not too hard to get. Her friend, meanwhile, made me laugh and I really looking forward to her book. The guys were just great too. It was hard to decide which one I liked more because they were so complimentary with her and with each other. Hot sex scenes and a really neat villain (whose story I also want).
This was such a fun read with two very alien males at the centre and I enjoyed myself immensely with this.
So head’s up this is an MMF romance.
So Amanda is a marine biologist on Earth.
The planet is under siege by the Grutex and they are abducting humans all over the place.
Amanda seemed to have caught the attention of one who has fixated on her wanting to possess her at all costs and he will chase her across the galaxy to do so.
Enter Oshen from an alien race called the venium.
He’s an Aquatic species and recognises Amanda’s as his mate.
We also have a third alien Zar, a crossbreed between the two species and a third to complete this triad of three.
Amanda has been connecting to him in dreams since she was very small
Zar thinks she is a goddess and he is not worthy and she thinks him imaginary.
This was such an interesting and highly imaginative read that I enjoyed very much.
It’s not really a dark read and both males here were incredibly sweet and attentive to Amanda.
The intimate scenes were smoking and
I especially loved the connection that Oshen and Zar also managed to forge together this was the icing for me and it was so incredibly and erotically hot.
This seems to be the start of a series and I will definitely be reading further with this one.

This book I have read from these authors and wow. I want to read more from them. Story kept my attention from start to finish. Love the characters What can I say I really liked the entire storyline. Really going to have to read more from authors. They have peaked my interest with this story. I don’t like to give away spoilers so definitely have to read this. Highly recommend. I absolutely loved it.
Octavia Kore Love it! This is a great book. Gulzar, Amanda and Oshen are awesome. My heart aches for what Zar went through. 1st time I felt bad for 1 of the enemies but in Xuvri case I do. The heroine’s best friend Jun is just great can’t wait for her story.
I received a copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review.
I read the shorter version of this in the anthology book, From the Depths, so I was interested to see what the authors have done to change that complete short into a longer work of fiction. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they turned it into a ménage book as I’m always a big fan of them, but it seemed like an addition to add more story. Well I was wrong. I remember reading a nightmare scene in the original short, that has since turned out to be seeding the full-length novel. What I really like about this is that the two authors have managed to turn a satisfying short story into an even more satisfying novel.
The writing has improved since the short. There was good prose, but there were some rough edges which have been smoothed out and even stepped up a notch. There was some really good imagery and the final ménage scene was HOT! The characters were sympathetic and I even felt really bad for the antagonist, which is a tough trick considering what we learn about him.
In my original review I said that I was looking forward to seeing more from Octavia Kore and two authors behind the name have not let me down. I have Queen of Twilight in my TBR and am bumping it to next after reading this book.
This book is MMF which personally I love
