First in a new series! Includes tips and recipes! Welcome to a specialty shop in the Oregon tourist town of Oceanview, where it’s all things honey—from taffy to body scrub. But murder can make things sticky . . . A BALMY WAY TO GO With her Let It Bee honey boutique buzzing along nicely, life is as sweet as nectar for Wren Johnson—until she takes a morning walk along the Pacific beach with her … a morning walk along the Pacific beach with her Havana Brown cat, Everett, and stumbles upon the body of Agnes Snow, the cranky queen of the local craft fairs, stiff as driftwood. More unfortunate? Clutched in the victim’s fist is a label from Wren’s homemade beeswax-and-honey lip balm. Which makes Officer Jim Hampton focus his dreamy-blue Paul Newman eyes on Wren as suspect number one.
With fabulous feline support from Everett, Wren must comb the town for clues and clear her name before someone else gets stung.

This author is new to me and this is the first in a new series. It’s a heck of a thing when you find your aunt’s nemesis dead on the beach and wind up being the prime suspect! Bee product shop owners do not poison anyone with one of their own products (especially when there is no motive). As if! The characters are engaging, the sleuthing is twisty, the herrings are red and plentiful, and there is quite a bit of bee information. Great read!
I requested and received a free ebook copy from Kensingtospn Books via NetGalley. Thank you!
Death Bee Comes Her is the first book in a new series and I can’t wait to read the next book! Set in Oregon near the beach Wren Johnson owns a store that specializes in everything homey. Life is going nicely until she finds a dead body on her morning walk. Agnes Snow, a somewhat cranky woman who is well know at craft fairs, is clutching a wrapper from one of Wren’s homemade beeswax and honey lip balms. Who would want her dead? Why does she have that wrapper? Wren is now considered the number one suspect in her untimely and suspicious death. I loved all the characters in this book and the mystery is very well written. Definitely a book i would recommend!
This is a wonderful new series by Nancy Coco! This was an author giveaway. Thank you Nancy Coco! This book is a fast-paced mystery with great characters. I can’t wait for the next book.
